  1. The IP address that you posted from is not blocked in any way, but like Shinryuu said a lot of the reasons for getting an IP blocked would be temporary so it might have just cleared on its own. If you still cannot connect to your account from a certain location I can check another IP for you if you wish. Either post the IP address or you can just make a post from that IP.
  2. Well, I would recommend talking to the person who wrote the plugin because it sounds like it might have broken your MyBB when you installed it. You might also have some luck asking this question on a MyBB support forum because there might be others who have installed the same plugin and had the same problems. Finally, if neither of those options bring you positive results I would recmmend deleting your MyBB install and either restoring a backup from before you installed that plugin or if you have no such backup simply start a fresh MyBB installation and know not to install that plugin next time.
  3. Your account is not suspended. The reason your domain is not working is because you don't have your nameservers set correctly. If you had done this step correctly you would be able to see it with this link http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=fxlweb.com&rec=NS You should use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org if you wish to host that domain on your account.
  4. Your account is not suspended or queued, but rather active and working fine. What link are you using to log in, and what link did you use to try to reset your password?
  5. Well, if your account was suspended for using too much /tmp perhaps the best option would be to not use /tmp.
  6. The unsuspend script doesn't always work right when someone renews when the load is really high. Is everything working now?
  7. Your account is showing up as clean now. Thank you for taking care of this.
  8. A link to download a full backup of your account has been emailed to your contact email address. Your account has also been moved to Johnny and unsuspended and you should be able to log in at http://heliohost.org/
  9. No, Heliohost definitely doesn't block cloudlfare IPs. I have cloudflare set up on several of my own domains hosted on Heliohost and they are all working fine. Perhaps your cloudflare settings are incorrect?
  10. If you got that error trying to create a new account then it probably means that your old account had not been deleted yet. Yes, most deletions take place in the range between 5 seconds and 24 hours, but during extended sessions of high load it can sometimes take even longer for an account to be deleted. If you take a look at http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ you can see that Johnny has been experiencing quite a bit of high load lately. I have checked, and your old account on Johnny with the domain randomforo.com has now been deleted and you should be able to create your new account using the same domain now. If you encounter any further errors let us know and we can take another look.
  11. Your account was suspended for the following reason: Malware. 3 file(s). Trojan.PHP-43 FOUND That means that there are some malware files found on your account. For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended. To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information. If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.
  12. If you have a good idea of what the problem might be, have a plan on how to fix this, and now know that you should probably test scripts locally as much as possible before executing them on a shared host I'm willing to give you a second chance.
  13. According to the logs, your account was using about 1485% more memory than the average java enabled account's usage so java support was removed. Since java can only be enabled on a limited number of accounts at a time the automated systems monitor the resources that each account is using, and if one account seems to be abusing the service it is removed to provide better support to the largest number of accounts. If you know why your account was using so much more system resources, and would like a chance to fix the problem you may go ahead and request java on your account again by posting in the java request forum http://www.helionet.org/index/forum/74-java-requests/ As far as not being able to log in, have you tried the recommended method of visiting http://heliohost.org/ ? If you're still having trouble logging in with this link please let us know so we can further troubleshoot the issue.
  14. We received a report that your account was a phishing site which violates the first agreement in our terms for hosting with Heliohost: http://wiki.helionet.org/Terms
  15. Alright, you have permission to create a second account.
  16. http://www.haidongji.com/2007/10/04/character-set-and-collation-for-simplified-chinese-mysql/ utf_general_ci is not one of them. I would recommend trying utf8_unicode_ci or big5_chinese_ci both of which are available on Heliohost.
  17. Yes, there are ways to log into your account where your signin will not be counted. That's why we always say: Favicon.ico is a small image file that browsers automatically look for to put on the tab for your site and next to any bookmark to pages on your site. Just google it for information on how to use it if you want to. In the top right corner there is a grey box labeled "Follow this topic". If you set your account settings to email you about followed topics and follow this topic you can set it up to email you each time someone replies to your topic. Or you can just visit this topic again to check.
  18. Good catch, Shinryuu. ".om" doesn't always work as well as ".com" Since the old account in question has never been logged into by the owner I went ahead an deleted it for you. Bonus lame joke: Q: What TLD do Buddhist monks prefer? A: .om
  19. You might want to check out /home/kymercer/public_html/cgi-bin/vitals.cgi /home/kymercer/public_html/cgi-bin/search_bonds.cgi It looks like the problem was memory usage. On March 19th your account used 2666% more memory than March 18th, and 1538% more memory than March 17th, and 3225% more memory than on March 16th.
  20. /home/ryiah/public_html/cron.php
  21. If you look at http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ you can see that last night signups on Stevie lasted for 6 hours (6am PST). There is no guarantee of how long signups will last -- some days they last longer, some days shorter -- but if you can't be awake at 12 am you might be able to be awake at 6 am, or whatever time those pacific timezone values convert to where you live.
  22. You requested java on March 11th. The last account to receive java requested it on February 7th. Java is first come first serve. It wouldn't be fair to add java to your account when there are still people who have been waiting longer than you. If my count is correct I believe you are currently 37th in line to receive java. If there is a reason to deny java to an account, such as the account is suspended, a note will be posted on the request explaining why the java request could not be completed. There is no such post on your request so there is no problem and as long as you keep your account in an active state you will receive java once it's your turn. As far as we know we are the only free webhost in the world that provides tomcat 7+ .jsp and .war servlet deployment. This is a great feature, and we are proud to provide it. Unfortunately, java doesn't scale well in a shared hosting environment which means that each account that receives java (even if they don't use it) increases the load of the server. This is why we can only enable java on a limited number of accounts at a time. Whenever an account is finished using java or their account is suspended for whatever reason that frees up system resources that we can use to provide java support to the next account in line to receive it. You're welcome. Our apologies that the java request process is difficult to understand. There has been some work done to move the system to an easier to understand automated system that would provide you with some sort of a guess as to how long you would need to wait for java to be enabled on your account.
  23. Yeah, you can go ahead and create a Johnny account as long as you only have one account currently.
