  1. Don't worry about it. It happens sometimes.
  2. You're right. You got blocked again for failed smtp logins again. Unblocked again.
  3. When you delete your hosting account your forum account is not deleted. What we usually do is rename the forum account temporarily for people and then after they create their new account with the same username we rename the forum account back. If you would like your forum account renamed we'll need to know the forum username. If you want your forum account deleted you'll need to make a post from that forum account requesting the deleteion.
  4. Please clear your cache.
  5. I've already unblocked your IP once, but it got blocked again for the same thing. You have a mail client trying to connect to your Johnny account's email smtp. I'll unblock you again, but unless you disable your mail client you're just going to get blocked again.
  6. Well, someone that knows your password managed to queue it for deletion.
  7. You only need to delete it once. The reason it can't find that account in the database is because you already deleted it.
  8. You can delete your Johnny account with the username dummies by going to http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete
  9. Yes, Tommy support both apache tomcat java and c# asp.net, and you can have both enabled on the same account.
  10. How long did you wait between clicking deploy and clicking refresh? It can take several hours to deploy sometimes.
  11. All of our server support mysql. Only two servers support tomcat: Tommy and Johnny. The wait to receive tomcat access on Tommy is generally a few hours. The wait to receive tomcat access on Johnny is several months. To request java on either server you log in to your cpanel, click the java button, and then click request java. You can read about developing a java .war servlet with eclipse to deploy on heliohost on our wiki http://wiki.helionet.org/Java_Servlet Let us know if you have any other questions.
  12. There is no account with that username. You may create it by going to https://www.heliohost.org/signup/
  13. Did you package your mysql-connector-java-5.1.44-bin.jar etc into your .war? https://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/Connector-J/mysql-connector-java-5.1.44.tar.gz
  14. That account is suspended for Phishing. For security reasons, phishing accounts cannot be unsuspended, backed up, or deleted. You will need to create a new account and restore any backup you may have. Please be aware that you will not be able to reuse any domains on your suspended account, and will need to pick a new username. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
  15. Good thinking.
  16. The .war file cannot be deployed because java is not enabled on that account. To request java access on your account please visit https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/java/index.live.php and click Request Java. Please be aware that since you picked the Johnny server the wait to receive java access is quite long. To wait to receive java on Tommy is generally a few hours.
  17. Just upload the new version and submit another deploy request. Each person can have one war file deployed so any new deployment overwrites the old.
  18. Did you manually edit his skin through the AdminCP?
  19. You've been unblocked again. Hopefully it stays this way now.
  20. Here's the article I wrote http://wiki.helionet.org/HelioHost_History but their main complaint was it had too much information. Just use the independent sources in my article and write a small simple paragraph or two that only references information that can be verified by an unbiased third party. The main thing is you can't use helionet.org and our news posts as sources, and I can't be the one to write it.
  21. Your domain http://aimingoo.heliohost.org/ is working now.
  22. You're on Tommy now. http://climic.heliohost.org/ If you see a 404 error or a Johnny queued page please remember to clear your browser cache and flush your os dns records. Thanks a lot for the donation. We really appreciate it.
  23. You should now be able to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ and your website should start working within 24 hours.
  24. Eventually. We are all volunteers working in our free time. It's hard to predict when we're going to have free time so we generally never give exact timelines on things. Updating cpanel is an incredibly time consuming process because we run so much custom code that the update inevitably breaks a ton of things, and it all has to be fixed. We generally update cpanel maybe once every 6 months or so unless there is a really pressing reason to update sooner. The last time we updated Tommy's cpanel was because AutoSSL was broken and thousands of people's websites SSL certificates were expiring.
