  1. Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on
  2. I believe Shinryuu was running that contest this year. You'd have to ask him.
  3. Your account was suspended for inactivity, because you haven't logged into your account in the last 30 days. To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew. To prevent this from happening in the future please remember to visit http://heliohost.org/ to log into your account at least once every 30 days. If you are still seeing the Account Suspended page after renewing your account, please clear your cache.
  4. The accounts metals has been reactivated.
  5. When did you create that subdomain? The queued domains and domain activation is a 100% automated process. Posting on the forums won't make it go any quicker. It's not like anyone can press a button and just make it work for you. Generally all new domains take up to 48 hours to come out of the queue.
  6. Probably because that email address doesn't exist. You can only create <whatever>@<a domain that you control> email addresses. If your domain was johnny.heliohost.org then that email address would make sense, but you can't create that domain because it's already in use (as the server name.) You can visit http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/mail/pops.html to create new email addresses or see the ones that you already have.
  7. http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/sql/index.html 500 MB if you don't upload anything else to your account or have any mail in any of your boxes. If you use too much database space, no you just won't be able to add anything else.
  8. Your account was suspended for the following reason: Malware. 1 file(s). PHP.Shell-38 FOUND That means that there are some malware files found on your account. For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended. To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information. If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.
  9. Alright, the account eoacosta has been unsuspended.
  10. Just keep it at 2 cron jobs per day or less and you won't get suspended. If you need more than 2 cron jobs per day you can use an external site such as https://www.setcronjob.com/ to run the rest.
  11. So, you're saying the account eoacosta is the account you want to keep?
  12. The account dztest has been unsuspended. You can create your own back up with this link http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/backup/index.html Once you are done downloading your backup you can then use http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete to delete the account. Once you have your backup and the account is queued for deletion let us know and we can unsuspend your main account again.
  13. Your password has been manually reset, tested, and emailed to your contact email address. @byron, His account was still partially suspended. After I manually suspended it, and then unsuspended it the password reset began working.

  15. The "DNS server is offline" error makes me think that your computer was trying to get the IP of johnny.heliohost.org from ns1.heliohost.org instead of ns2.heliohost.org. At the time that you posted your thread you can see http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ that ns1.heliohost.org was offline with the rest of the stevie server. I just tested webdisk on Johnny and everything is working for me. Are you still having problems connecting to webdisk? I prefer SFTP or even FTP to webdisk anyways so maybe if that works better for you just continue using it?

  17. Stevie and Johnny are the servers that users can create accounts on. Cody is the server that runs this forum, our wiki, and our homepage http://heliohost.org/ and Charlie basically allows us access to Johnny and Cody even if they are offline.
  18. It looks like everything is set up correctly for that account. Your account was created 17 hours ago. Domains on Johnny generally take between 24-48 hours to come out of the queued state. Give it another 24 hours from the time on this post without changing any domain settings, and let us know if it's still queued.
  19. Bother servers were set to the default value of 1048576 which is about 1 megabyte. I fixed your typo iceitsupport. Johnny is now set to 4999168 which is about 5 megabytes. Excalibur is correct though, it's probably best to try to break that down into smaller chunks. Keep in mind that we do monitor mysql usage and if you're causing high load your account will be suspended.
  20. The first thing I always recommend checking for when a site has high load or high numbers of sent emails is making sure it isn't being overrun with bots. It looks like you're running a joomla site, which is one of the most popular CMS software. Since it's one of the most popular that means it is most frequently targeted by spam bots. Even if the bots aren't able to post any spam comments it can still cause massive load if there are thousands of them creating accounts on your site each day. Sometimes the most effective spam account creation prevention is simply adding a custom captcha type box. For instance, you could make a box that only accepts a single digit with a label that says "Enter an integer greater than 2 and less than 4." If it's a person creating an account they will easily type 3, but a spam bot might be thoroughly flummoxed by the unexpected question.
  21. Your certificate has been successfully installed, and you should be able to access https://azseniorservices.com/ within 24 hours.
  22. Your public_html permissions and owner and group are correct. Your site is loading fine for me. If you're concerned about uptime I would recommend moving your site to Stevie, our production server, instead of Johnny, our experimental server. Since Johnny is experimental it has much higher load thresholds, and runs numerous unstable services. As such Johnny's uptime regularly varies between 85% to 95% while Stevie's uptime for the entire month of October was 99.96% and is almost always 99.8%+. If you're interested in moving here is the instructions: http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account
  23. PHP is available on both servers so it is not a valid reason to have two accounts.
  24. According to the log files /home1/pakcric/public_html/stalk/fb.php is running for really long amounts of time and using a lot of system memory.
  25. Iceitsupport is correct. It looks like version 3.3.3+ will work better on searches that include words with less than four letters. I'm going to move upgrading the forum software up a few notches on the to do priority list.
