GMT means Greenwich Mean Time, and it's a timezone for parts of Europe and Africa. UTC means Coordinated Universal Time and isn't actually a timezone, but rather the basis of all of the timezones in the world. Timezones are + or - hours from UTC. GMT just happens to be +0 hours from UTC so they are always the same time.

We recommend changing your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, adding your domain through cpanel, and then copying your current mx records into cpanel.

Yeah, try removing your cloudflare certificate and keys and everything fully. I suspect the errors are because of it being a cloudflare certificate though. They really make things easier.

Honestly, I've never seen a cloudflare certificate work. We recommend Let's Encrypt if you really don't want to use our automatic ones. As you can see here our automatic certificates are supported in all browsers too https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=krydos.heliohost.org
