  1. Alright, there you go https://krydos.heliohost.org/cgi-bin/modules36.py
  2. You can move your account using the guide at http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account We also can move your account for you if you're a donor.
  3. That's fine with me. I was just confused because it says desktop theme on your profile right now.
  4. Well, first of all do you want to use python 2.7 or python 3.6 because it says it supports either. I would recommend python 3.6, but some people are used to 2.7 and haven't switched over yet. Both are still being actively developed.
  5. Yes, free Tommy signups open at midnight UTC.
  6. I manually changed your skin at about 7pm GMT. Have you tried since then?
  7. Does it work now? Also, you might be interested in switching servers to Tommy. If you need speed and uptime then Tommy is the place to be. Johnny, the server you picked, is our slowest server and has the worst uptime.
  8. Have you tried clearing your cache and deleting your cookies AFTER I edited your account and manually set you to use the desktop skin instead of the mobile one?
  9. Which theme is it? 256 MB is pretty high for Johnny.
  10. All three server's mysql is running currently. Are you still getting that error?
  11. That .war file cannot be deployed on your account because you don't have java enabled. To check on the status of your java request go to https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/java/index.live.php Please be aware that since you picked the Johnny server the wait to get java is quite long. The wait to get java on Tommy is generally just a few hours.
  12. Have you finished your wiki project already? Regarding the mobile skin, try clearing your browser cache and deleting your Helionet cookies.
  13. GMT means Greenwich Mean Time, and it's a timezone for parts of Europe and Africa. UTC means Coordinated Universal Time and isn't actually a timezone, but rather the basis of all of the timezones in the world. Timezones are + or - hours from UTC. GMT just happens to be +0 hours from UTC so they are always the same time.
  14. Click the button labeled Subdomain in cpanel.
  15. Don't worry about it. It wasn't too messed up to fix.
  16. As usual we strongly recommend NOT using the insecure link because it doesn't provide any encryption at all and anyone who knows how can intercept your data including passwords, etc. That said, thanks for letting know that it had broken again. Is it working for you now?
  17. Alright, you should be good to go now. I fixed all the issues that the cloudflare certificate was causing and set you up with a shiny new certificate from us. This certificate will automatically renew itself when it gets close to expiring so you shouldn't need to worry about it at all. If you go to https://ricky.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/ssl/install.html you can see that the error is gone and all of your domains are covered. You can see that the certificate will be accepted in most browsers at https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=tammykin.heliohost.org Let us know if you need help with anything else.
  18. We recommend changing your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, adding your domain through cpanel, and then copying your current mx records into cpanel.
  19. Alright, is it back to desktop mode now?
  20. Permissions again. root@johnny [/home/rivas0x/public_html]# ls -la total 28 drwxr-x---. 3 rivas0x nobody 4096 Dec 1 09:40 . drwx--x--x. 12 rivas0x rivas0x 4096 Nov 30 17:01 .. -rw-r--r--. 1 rivas0x rivas0x 7245 Dec 1 11:01 index.php drwxr--rwx. 25 rivas0x rivas0x 4096 Dec 1 15:18 page Directories should be 755, not 707 like you have.
  21. I'll take a look at it.
  22. Yeah, try removing your cloudflare certificate and keys and everything fully. I suspect the errors are because of it being a cloudflare certificate though. Here's the instructions you requested. http://wiki.helionet.org/Installing_a_Let%27s_Encrypt_SSL_Certificate but I still recommend giving our free certificates a try first. They really make things easier.
  23. Honestly, I've never seen a cloudflare certificate work. We recommend Let's Encrypt if you really don't want to use our automatic ones. As you can see here our automatic certificates are supported in all browsers too https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=krydos.heliohost.org
  24. Ding ding ding! We have a winner. root@johnny [/home/rivas0x/public_html]# ls -la total 28 drwxr-x---. 3 rivas0x nobody 4096 Dec 1 09:40 . drwx--x--x. 12 rivas0x rivas0x 4096 Nov 30 17:01 .. -rw-rw-r--. 1 rivas0x rivas0x 7245 Dec 1 11:01 index.php ^ \----- This needs to be changed to 644 not 664.
  25. Done. You should now be able to log in to your control panel, and you website should start working within 12 hours.
