Can you connect to your site and cpanel now?
  2. It doesn't look like any data was lost. The only thing affected was the database users, not the databases themselves.
  3. Mysql on Stevie is running again. See the latest news post for details.
  4. The databases I restored were from when we fixed the Mysql crashes on Stevie. If the restore didn't fix your issue then it wasn't the fix that broke your site. Just restore the databases yourself from your latest backup if the backup I restored wasn't sufficient.
  5. You should be able to run this command yourself on your account. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
  6. Is it all working now?
  7. Your account has been unsuspended. Make sure you fix the problem immediately.
  8. Who runs the server, and why are they unable to change the ports?
  9. The databases listed should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected databases. If phpmyadmin doesn't log in properly or you don't see the database there change your account password and this should sync up the mysql/cpanel passwords. Let us know if you're still having any issues accessing your data.
  10. Here's your problem: [23-May-2016 06:13:00] PHP Warning: mysqli::mysqli() [<a href='mysqli.mysqli'>mysqli.mysqli</a>]: (HY000/2003): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'sql312.hostfree.pw' (110) in /home1/mhr2/public_html/system/db.php on line 9 Your script is trying to connect to your old hoster's mysql server, and that's why the script tries for several minutes and then fails. To fix this import your database onto your Heliohost account and update your scripts to use the local database. Let us know if you need help transferring your account fully.
  11. The database eshkatio_transformicecafe should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected database. If phpmyadmin doesn't log in properly or you don't see the database there change your account password and this should sync up the mysql/cpanel passwords. Let us know if you're still having any issues accessing your data.
  12. You'll have to talk to the Yandex people then.
  13. Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on
  14. The reason you're getting a 500 error is because of the public_html/.htaccess file. Try renaming that file to something else, and you should get the 404 as expected.
  15. The database vipansh_wordpress should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected database. If phpmyadmin doesn't log in properly or you don't see the database there change your account password and this should sync up the mysql/cpanel passwords. Let us know if you're still having any issues accessing your data.
  16. I sent the password reset email to the address that you created your account with. I also have u...n@live.com on record for that account. Would you like me to send a new reset to that address? Also, you could try the cPanel password reset to regain access to your account if you're unable to receive emails from me. I don't know what causes it as it has never happened to any of my accounts. I do know that it happens to people from time to time, and the fix is simply changing the password which users can easily do themselves.
  17. I manually changed your account password, and emailed the new password to your contact email address. Once I changed the password your phpmyadmin started working as I expected it would. That's why I suggested you try changing your password.
  18. A post will be made on this thread, and an announcement will be made on twitter/facebook/helionet news when/if we install PostGIS or upgrade PostgreSQL. Installing PostGIS will require recompiling all of PostgreSQL and possibly breaking cPanel integration so it's not a trivial matter to accomplish.
  19. .mdb files are microsoft access database, so you'd have to host the database on a windows server, and then use a remote connection from your asp.net hosted with us to connect to it. If you use mysql, postgresql, or sqlite as your database instead of microsoft access then you wouldn't be required to use windows.
  20. I've added this to our todo list on Johnny.
  21. Dedicated IP granted. You can add an unlimited number of subdomains, parked domains, and addon domains. Let us know if you need help.
  22. Anytime your account gets hacked or used without your authorization the first thing you should do is change all the passwords. Your account has been unsuspended. Please go to http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/passwd/index.html and change your password immediately.
