The databases listed should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected databases. If phpmyadmin doesn't log in properly or you don't see the database there change your account password and this should sync up the mysql/cpanel passwords. Let us know if you're still having any issues accessing your data.

.war files cannot be deployed until java is enabled on your account. You can monitor whether or not java has been enabled by checking your existing request located at http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/22244-request-for-java-aloisio/ A message will be posted there once it has been enabled. Also, your username is aloisio, not barcode.

Can you post the query that isn't working, and the username of the account that is running that query?
-
Are you saying that INSERT queries not working? Can you post an error message?

MySQL on Johnny hasn't crashed a single time in the last 5 months since we applied this same fix. We have no reason to believe that Stevie will be any different.

Yeah, some people claim that enabling compression actually reduces load since the server has to transmit less packets of data. Some people claim that leaving compression disabled reduces load since the server doesn't have to do the extra processing of compressing everything before sending it. I suspect it actually varies depending on the server and that both sides can be correct depending on the situation. The thing that nobody argues about is that enabling compression uses less bandwidth. Since Heliohost offers unlimited bandwidth for all accounts that argument is sort of pointless though. Why do you need it, and why is it so urgent?

dl5ark_blitzortung: 5.0M Looks much better. DELETE FROM dl5ark_blitzortung.mybo_strikes WHERE time < DATE_SUB(NOW(), INTERVAL 42 DAY); should work. Obviously you should run it as a SELECT first to make sure it's working correctly. Also make sure you don't typo 'DAYS' instead of 'DAY'. I always do that because '42 DAY' isn't grammatically correct English, but it will throw an error. If it was me I'd put that query into a php script, and then call it once in a while with a cron. You can also just add it to your script that inserts the data and that will be a bit simpler.
