The account malicar, which obviously belongs to you, has been archived since 2018. I can unarchive it if you want, but you'll have to delete your new account. The new account malicard was created today. I can enable remote postgresql on the new account, but I find it odd that your database doesn't match the username on your account. Furthermore, cpanel shows your database user as existing, but on the command line the user doesn't exist. All these oddities are probably related to you having more than one account in the system.

The reason the wiki has two hello directories is because that is the way the command django-admin startproject hello creates the code, and then you can upload it to the server by symlinking dispatch.wsgi and adding the .htaccess. Obviously it will work with other directory configurations.

Try deleting or renaming your .htaccess.

Tommy doesn't need a screensaver because there is no screen to save. Tommy doesn't have a desktop. It sounds like you may need a VPS https://www.heliohost.org/vps/ to run this thing that you're trying to do.

Most services charge per month for additional storage space, so in the long run you'll end up paying more than $5 if you have your account for long enough. We just charge $5 once and it's good for the life of the account.

Are you unable to login occasionally, or not at all ever? If login sometimes fails it's probably because the load is high on Johnny at the time. You can check Johnny's load with this image http://www.heliohost.org/load/server_load_j.gif Any value above 20 might make login fail. If you can never login, have you tried resetting your password?

You picked the Johnny server which is our experimental server. This means it's only intended for experimenting. The uptime on Johnny has been around 90% lately. If you want better uptime and faster speeds we recommend the production server named Tommy. Tommy's uptime is usually 99%+, and is significantly faster. Ricky is also a production server with decent 99%+ uptime, but is quite a bit slower than Tommy.
