  1. Deployed. http://bfpsw.heliohost.org/JAW/
  2. It wasn't the html5 causing any load. It was the mail client horde causing most of your load. Did you leave it open in a browser all day or something?
  3. Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should start working within 12 hours.
  4. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache. If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic you might consider trying paid hosting from our partner starting at only a cent for the first month. https://www.heliohost.org/partners/hostgator
  5. We'll need How do you get the email addresses for your mails? How do people unsubscribe from the emails? How many emails do you expect to send a day to begin with? Please provide an example email.
  6. Your account was archived because you haven't logged in for quite a while. We have a limited amount of space on our servers, and occasionally we have to remove the unused accounts to make space for new users. To prevent your account from becoming archived again please remember to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days. Unarchiving...
  7. Your mail was throttled to 1 email per hour (24 max emails per day.) The throttle has been removed. If you would like to be able to send more than 50 emails per day (which is what triggered the throttling in the first place) you'll need to provide some additional information. Let us know if you're interested in raising the limit.
  8. You're up to 45 cents!
  9. Unblocked. Yes, it was SFTP that got you blocked.
  10. Deployed. http://bfpsw.heliohost.org/JAW/ Since you're on Johnny it could take up to 12 hours for the 404 error to go away.
  11. It looks like there is a problem with one of your two .com domains. Check out https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=wedropshipall.com You'll need to contact cloudflare support for that.
  12. Thanks for letting us know that you got it working. Removed database name.
  13. I think a few people have tried that, but I'm not sure what the results were. Let us know what happens.
  14. Please clear your cache.
  15. Yes. No. You can try extracting the .war file on your home pc, and uploading all the files individually, but I don't think it will work.
  16. 1000 MB. Cpanel measure the disk space in MB not GB so it's easier to keep it at a big round number. We're doing a GoFundMe right now to increase storage space for people. We don't have the space to give out right now but if you donate $5 or more at https://www.gofundme.com/heliohosts-lily-server-and-storage-increase then once we have the new server installed we will be giving everyone that donated +1000 MB of storage.
  17. Sounds good.
  18. 8 cores, 32 gb of memory, running windows server 2016.
  19. Thanks for sharing. We've had a few people with the port 587 smtp issue.
  20. I just tested your database as the tomcat user and it should be able to read/write to the file. Are you specifying the full path to the database in your servlet? /home/vukosyst/<removed>.db
  21. Johnny does that sometimes. Create the subdomain aqua-alimenta.aquaali.heliohost.org. If the addon domain shows up in cpanel then it worked. Once the addon domain shows up it can take up to 12 hours to start working.
  22. Putting files in public_html does not deploy them.
  23. That depends a lot on your registrar. Godaddy is usually pretty fast. Some registrar's can take up to 48 hours.
  24. It looks like you bought them from godaddy so use these instructions https://www.godaddy.com/help/change-nameservers-for-my-domains-664 It will be the same process as when you set the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org.
  25. You need to change the nameservers from your registrar. That is who you bought the domains from.
