  1. When I add a x-httpd-php5-source handler and try to point .phps files to the that handler, I get a strange error that turns up nothing in Google ("Handler application/x-httpd-php5-source not found"). Except if I actually enter a Handler it doesn't know, Apache should (and does) just ignore it. Look like syntax-highlighting is poorly implementing in suPHP. I recommend trying this hack to get around the issue (the FAQ they source is outdated to show that suPHP can't handle syntax highlighting is outdated, though; suPHP claims it is supported as of version 0.7.0).
  2. Okay, your account has been unsuspended.
  3. Okay, your account has been unsuspended.
  4. That's not true. Regardless, in this case the person just hasn't waited the 48 hours after their account was created.
  5. It usually takes at least a minute of processor time to delete one account. Taking the web server down would only give us more processor time, and we have enough of that already.
  6. No, your .cpanel folder in your directory root is just missing. The only way HelioHost would touch any of the data in your account is if we were removing the account, and that only happens after you don't touch your account for more than a month. You get two emails warning you beforehand. I'm pretty sure some FTP client or something else you have messed up. Whatever the issue, your data is probably not recoverable. HelioHost does not keep backups.
  7. "Everytime"...? You can't sign in with the same username multiple times.
  8. The www folder is not actually a folder; it's a symlink to public_html. It's not necessary, and honestly neither is public_ftp (unless you're hosting public ftp content). On the other hand, deleting the mail and .cpanel folders will cause you lose all of your email and some of your settings, respectively.
  9. Don't post the same question twice.
  10. We're currently deleting more accounts than we're creating, and after we hit a point where I think Stevie's at a stable rate I'll allow the same amount of signups every day as the number of accounts we delete.
  11. Wait 48 hours.
  12. I can grant you a dedicated IP. Are you sure you want to use a self-signed certificate? Most browers will red-flag this and try to prevent users from visiting your site. Why not try a free solution like InstantSSL?
  13. AOL's error message indicates that it's blocking us. The cox.net one should only be a temporary problem.
  14. Trust me on this. I know Stevie's capacity. The reason we're not deleting faster is not because the web server is taking too much resources.

    Heliohost?

GMT -8. And are you blind, or something? This forum says in bold, red text that it is NOT for HelioHost support. Moving...
  16. You'll need a dedicated IP to get SSL to work. Do you have an SSL certificate you want to install?
  17. Try this: AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .pro
  18. Are you sending and receiving from only @aol.com addresses?
  19. Try 65.19.143.2:3306 in the host field.
  20. No, I really couldn't. I would only be able to delete maybe forty an hour. That's only around one thousand deleted accounts per day. I'd rather just wait it out.
  21. I'm looking at this right now. I'll let you know once I figure something out.
  22. Configure your IP to have access through the Remote MySQL feature in cPanel.
  23. I'll need your HelioHost username and domain name to unsuspend your account. Also: make sure to take the crons off through cPanel after your account is unsuspended.
  24. Alright, I'll reenable your account. What's your username and HelioHost domain?
  25. SSL installation has been re-enabled. Also, we're almost at two weeks straight server uptime now.
