  1. Despite the error, your SSL certificate should be up and working within a day. Just pretend you didn't get an error and everything should be fine. Let me know if you still have problems after 24 hours.

  3. You probably signed up with a domain that was already taken. Please try signing up again, with a different domain.
  4. You shouldn't be able to change it, but the MX record should be active. Is it working? If not, let me know what your username and domain are.
  5. Your domain isn't pointing to HelioHost. It's pointing to "wf.dn.net".

    Latest Downtimes

    These latest downtimes were caused by Apache's init script being reset to limit the amount of file descriptors it could use, as well as the wwwacct account creation process doing far too many configtests and people abusing cron. Hopefully it should get better now.

  9. Make sure to post any fix or PM discussion you guys have had publicly! In case somebody else has similar issues, I'd like to be able to assist them. Additionally, I'd like to correct the main HelioHost page to display the correct fix.

  11. We actually aren't related to HelioHost.com. Did you mean HelioHost.org? If so, you can copy the text as long as you put it in quotes and source it correctly. I appreciate you asking permission for this

  15. After investigating this quite a bit, my guess is that your account was in the process of creation when something caused the server to go down. As a result, your account was corrupted. I suggest at this point to let me just delete your existing account and then you can create a replacement one. Does this sound good to you?
  16. This is a very strange error. I'm looking into it right now.
  17. After three weeks... I'm still on the line with cPanel. This issue has been escalated now to their high level technicians, who still can't figure it out. Most of their attempts at fixes seem rather bogus to me, but let's hope they figure something out.

    Django problem

    I'm going to try making a Django site on my own and see if I can fix the problem. I'll keep you updated.

  20. What is your HelioHost username and domain name?
  21. Give the system a day and see if it is configured. We've been having trouble lately with this, and I have a ticket open with cPanel on the matter.
  22. Are you sure you can't just add it as a parked domain?
