Hi there! On the plesk panel, I have an email which I use as the main. Inside it I created an email alias that forwards on the main email. I had tested it, and it seems that when someone sent an email to the alias and I need to reply, the main email is the one being used instead of the email alias where it originally the email has sent to. How to configure it out so I can reply using the email alias, if that would be possible? Thank you!! Edit: I use Evolution email client if that matter.

The subject of that email could probably use improvement...I've always thought the same thing in that it could be mistaken for a security notice. It's not suspicious from a security standpoint, but rather from a "we think you're violating our terms of service" standpoint. Users are only allowed to have one account. If we think you created more than one, you'll get this email to contact us (and if you don't, you get suspended 24 hours after it was sent). If you did create a second account, let us know which one you want to keep, and we'll ban the ones you don't want. If you did not create a second account, Unknown025 above described the common causes of this message being sent incorrectly. If this is the case, we just need an explanation as to why this may have happened, and the usernames of the other users if they're known (e.g. if you're using our service in school, the usernames of the others in your class would be helpful), and we'll cancel the suspensions

You can use Python, Node, and basically every other technology we offer (except Laravel) without changing the document root. If needed, you can enable CGI execution in your domain's root using .htaccess to avoid having the cgi-bin folder in your URLs. It is going to fail as I don't have stripe account or any card saved and I can pay after you contact me. Though it is not a problem. Will the virtual server be instantly shut down after payment failure? Will it cause loss of data?

This means another account logged in from the same network as you did. Common triggers include logging in from a corporate/school network or using a VPS. Krydos can probably provide extra clarification if you'd like. I'll cancel the pending suspension for your account in the meantime.

Hi, I recently received an email stating that a suspicious login was detected on my account "Didi" (mob.heliohost.org), and I wanted to kindly ask for some clarification. I’m a bit concerned and unsure whether this refers to a potential security breach - meaning someone may have logged in using my credentials -or if it's related to a possible violation of your Terms of Service. The mention of the single account policy also raised a question: does this mean another account may have been created under my name? To the best of my knowledge, I only have one account (mob.heliohost.org, with the alias vvww.eu, username "Didi", and email didi.hauser@gmail.com). If there are any other accounts mistakenly linked to me, please feel free to remove them. We cannot change domains directly like this, but what we can do is add and remove. I've added the scoobverse one from your request here. I have now removed the smurmel one from your account. If you want the content from smurmel to be on the scoobverse web address, you would need to re-upload the files inside Plesk. Please note there is a risk of data loss when domains are removed, since the folder for the domain inside Plesk will be deleted. I made a full account backup for you before I removed the domain, in case you need any of the old files.
