Hello! Unfortunately the issue has been reported by a few Tommy server users, and it's currently being worked on. When I check your account, I see last login showing as 2026-06-14 18:08:39 so it counted your login, even if it didn't actually let you in. So your account will be active for another 30 days from today. Once we know more about the problem with Tommy, we'll be able to provide a more comprehensive update. Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime in being unable to access your account.

When I check your account, I see last login showing as 2026-06-14 15:58:41 so it counted your login, and you're clear for another 30 days now as of today.

Thanks! I don't see that IP as being blocked. I'll escalate this issue to the root admins who'll be able to investigate further here. In the meantime, if you're after something specific in the Wiki, let me know. I'll be happy to paste the info for you into the forum in the meantime as a temporary workaround while we try to get your Wiki access resolved.

Wiki got attacked by bots. The forum and wiki live on the same server, so the wiki being hit causes the forum to slow down. We are working to mitigate the bot attack against the wiki. -

Please note, we cannot accept your attempt to set an ETA/SLA of "Priority: 5/5, Emergency: 5/5". All staff are unpaid volunteers who donate their free time outside of real-life commitments (paid job, school, family, etc.) so trying to say things like "Priority: 5/5, Emergency: 5/5" will not have an impact on the free time we have available to donate to Heliohost users. Hello! The storage size on your account is 4GB, not TB. We only offer upgrades up to 7GB (7000 MB) maximum, nothing as high as TBs. I've reset your account as requested. Username: thebashingzone, Server: Tommy, Main domain: thebashingzone.ddns.net Hi, I'm trying to login to my vps, I was told my username was changed to hunterparker as something was messed up earlier after creating it, it says my password is invalid, and when I try to reset it, it says my reset is pending, and I'd get an email when an admin applies the change. Can someone please help?

Done. Sometimes removing domains removes the files too, so if any files went missing I made a full backup prior to the domain change which you can download from https://heliohost.org/backup if needed.

That domain is working for me and the SSL certificate is installed now. A test email also delivered successfully from my end. You probably didn't wait long enough for DNS to propagate or something. Can you give it another try? -

That particular subdomain cannot be added because it is reserved by the system (it's used by the Plesk built-in webmail if you enable it). If you're trying to set up webmail for email accounts you created in Plesk, there's an option to turn this on in the mail settings. Note that it takes 2 hours to start working, and you'll probably also want to install an SSL certificate for it. If you're trying to run your own webmail app instead, you'll need to pick a different subdomain.

Plesk generates the private key for the DKIM and stores it securely along with the private keys for SSL. When you send an email from Plesk with DKIM enabled it Plesk uses the private key to generate a DKIM signature that remote mail servers can use the public key provided via DNS to verify that the email is legitimate.
