  2. Hi admin, Please add this domain easybillsy.online to my hosting account. Thank you so much.
  3. WSGI control access has been enabled on the domain carcareus.com. To restart your Django app and load new code changes in simply edit /home/nrchoudhari.heliohost.us/carcareus.com/config/dispatch.wsgi. Adding a blank line, removing a blank line, adding a space, or removing a space are examples of editing the file. As long as the last modified timestamp changes it will clear the server cache. Let us know if you run into any issues.
  4. The hourly limit has been set to 100 and the daily limit has been set to 500.

  6. You're actually at 8/5 domains for your plan. Would you like to remove some domains, or upgrade to a plan that allows more domains?
  7. It looks like you were already on Morty, and for some reason on 2026-03-11 you decided to downgrade to Tommy. I can move you back to Morty for free if you want, and you already have a balance of $16.38 which should last you about 16 months as long as you don't have any load overages.
  8. This issue appears to be resolved now that the protection has been disabled and apache has restarted. Your site is now working.
  9. This is a DNS issue. You have the news.burken.com subdomain pointed to Morty's IP address, but the account is on Tommy. You'll need to correct the A and AAAA records at your DNS provider.
  10. WSGI Control Access is only available on the Morty server, or a VPS. You can read more information about it here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Flask#Request_WSGI_Control_Access
  11. The PHP max_input_vars on your domain as been changed to 3500.

  13. Hello! I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  14. Dear @wolstech and @Krydos, thank you so much. All seems to be working fine now. 🙂 Kind regards. ))
  15. Thanks. You guys are awesome!
  16. We are not a domain registrar and cannot accept domain transfers. That said, you can host your domain here by changing your DNS records (use NS records pointed at ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, or A and AAAA records that can be seen in Plesk) and requesting the domain be added to your account.
  17. Domains added, the changes will take effect in about 40 minutes. You'll need to create an A/AAAA record to Morty's IP or switch to HelioHost's nameservers for the domains to work.
  18. Refund issued, and account deleted. Thank you for complying with our terms of service.
  19. Your account is being reset, you should receive an email to recreate your account shortly.
  20. SSH is not available on shared hosting accounts due to security reasons, if ssh is needed than you will need to get a VPS.
  21. Closing due to inactivity since there has been no response in this thread for over a week. If you're still having this issue or need help with something else please open a new ticket.

  23. That domain cannot be added because the contents of your account violate the terms of service. Note that this prohibition also includes selling access to IPTV and related services, even if the actual content is hosted elsewhere, becuase IPTV and related services are illegal in the USA where we are located (copyright infringement).
