  2. hello, as i said before i didn't know any reason to be suspended, i have jus found out you said my account was using a lot of cpu and memory resources, i haven't been around or login into the account for a while for personal reasons, but i just saw you unsuspended my account which i am grateful for, but i noticed another thing, las time i uploaded any files there were no more than 700mb used from my account i know this because i know about the limit situation leading to a suspension as well so i would like to know if you have a record of the logins recent ones and their IPs and is you can tell me if anyone have uploaded anything in the last month or so , as i said i haven't been around and my website have no reason to create any kind of server load much less for a long period of time, i log into the heliohost account once or maybe twice a month with no actions in there to keep it alive because i received a mail a while back that said if i didn't login at least once a month the account will be suspended so i just do that to protect my account because i need to make some updates to the websites but right now i am going through some personal problems, that is why i find it hard that if you have never seem any movement in my account related to heavy load it suddenly does that and the change in the amount of MB used because as i said i haven't upload any files in like 6 months or so, so if you have any records of that they could help us both find out if my account have been used by a third party with my knowledge, thank you for your time and understanding about all of this, anyway i sincerely apologize for any troubles i may have cause you even by this indirect attacker, but i would like to know about any recent actions inside my account you may have records of specially about FPT uploads, and possible software running because i saw a different left in my account used and if you have a record where was it uploaded so i can go there and remove anything in there, and thank you for unsuspending my account i really had no idea about any of this going on

  5. Glad to hear. Please let us know if you need anything else.
  6. As MoneyBroz said, this behavior is by design. If the system is unable to verify that a domain is actually hosted with us, it is disabled to conserve resources. Domains are considered to be hosted with us if: Their A or AAAA record points to our server IP. Their MX is pointed to our server IP. For domains using Cloudflare, they can be validated via DNS if proxy is disabled, or by checking if a challenge file placed on the account by the verification system is reachable via your domain (which proves that the origin is set to us on CF), if the proxy function is used. Note if you use our server for email only, you need to actually put tommy.heliohost.org as the MX for it to validate (email forwarder/mail server proxies are not supported). Since you use cloudflare, you need to make sure that your origin is actually set to our servers, and that the WAF is not set to with rules that could block traffic from our server (e.g. a geo-restriction that blocks the USA would cause validation to fail). Your domains are on CF, have an email forwarding service, and the websites worked for me while disabled in Plesk (which indicates they aren't hosted here), so they are being correctly disabled. I did enable them again for you, but you'll need to actually make one of the changes above to keep them active.
  7. Domains added. They can take up to 2 hours to function.
  8. Could you please add again my free heliohost domain to my account onsocial.heliohost.us onsocial.helioho.st Thank you
  9. Your site is working properly on my side. Is this still an issue?
  10. Domain added, it'll take effect within 2 hours. You'll need to switch to HelioHost's nameservers or create an A/AAAA record to Tommy's IP for the domain to work.
  11. hi. I have a problem loading the page. The first time it loads it takes an extremely long time. Within 10 to 15 seconds. Then the page refreshes are fine. After a short time, the loading time is again extremely long. It acts as if the server is sleeping. Is there anything that can be done about it? Today it is a little better than yesterday.
  12. Thank you for letting us know the situation. I have cancelled the pending suspension for your account as well as your colleague's account. We love referrals, so if there are others at your workplace who might benefit from an account, please let us know before anyone else signs up so we can proactively update the multiple account detection service. If we don't know in advance and a 3rd person signs up, the the system will just suspend all three of you at that point. But if you let us know ahead of time, we can prevent that inconvenience to you all. Please give it a few minutes for both your accounts to fully reinstate.
  13. Your main domain has been changed. As long as your DNS settings are correct it should start working in about 20 minutes. If any of your files went missing I made a full backup prior to the domain change which you can download from https://heliohost.org/backup if needed.

  15. It looks like there were a few 504 errors on the domain stimulance.co between 2026-04-22 15:17:50 and 2026-04-22 16:31:18. I checked the load for Johnny during that range and it was between 9.32 and 16.14 so pretty normal and not too bad. 504 errors like this on PHP can happen due to quite a few things such as DDoS, zombie PHP processes, or just too many people trying to use PHP at the same time. Generally an Apache restart clears it up or if it's a DDoS it clears itself once the attacking IPs are blocked or stop attacking. It also kind of depends on your software. Some PHP software like Wordpress is extremely bloated and normal page loads take 5-10 seconds on Johnny anyways. If your PHP software is super slow on a good day, then it's even more likely to show a 504 error when the server is busy. Highly optimized fast PHP sites that normally only take 100 milliseconds to load a page on a good day may slow down to 5 seconds per page load when the server is busy, but won't show a 504 error. Wolstech already said it, but the best option is to upgrade to Morty https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/ if you want better uptime. Our mission as a non-profit is to provide free hosting to as many people as possible so the free plan is kind of overloaded by design. Our mission isn't to provide 100% uptime, super-fast, free hosting to only 10 people, so as long as the uptime is above 97% we consider it "good enough" for a free plan and load as many more free users as we can on there.
  16. What IP is the external connection coming from? We can check if its blocked. Also, you should be using tommy.heliohost.org:3306 (or if you moved back to Morty, morty.heliohost.org:3306). While it may sometimes work, we do not officially support using the user domains for SQL connections.
  17. Thank you. it is ok now. 😎
  18. Thank you so much. I'm not used to this whole customer service thing. I remember the old days when I would do it myself (and often get mixed up between addon domains and subdomains)

  21. Looks like you also posted about this issue here: https://helionet.org/index/topic/67538-desbloquear-conta/ Please do not create duplicate forum threads for the same issue. Asking for "urgent" or "prompt" anything is unlikely to get you an immediate response. All staff are unpaid volunteers who donate their time to assist others. We all have full time jobs and lives outside of this project. We run this organization in our free time, and if we don't have very much free time things don't get done very quickly Most for-profit hosting companies have a staff of full time employees who sit around providing support and working 40 hours a week. It's very rare for any of our volunteers to work more than an hour or so each day. None of our volunteers are required to log a certain number of hours and may come and go as they please. If we aren't having fun volunteering, providing support, chatting with the community, and developing new features then we take a break and do things that are more fun for us. This is why we don't have SLAs or ETAs for new features or repairs, and this is why things move a little slower than a for-profit company that you might be used to dealing with. There is no guaranteed timeframe for a response to support requests. Help is generally provided within 24 hours, and we encourage users to bump their requests if it's been more than 24 hours with no response, in case we missed it somehow. Our best efforts to respond within 24 hours can be impacted by several factors, including but not limited to: Time zone differences (most staff are based in North America) Work School Family Other real-life commitments Please ensure you review our support response timelines (SLAs and ETAs, and why we cannot offer them) at: https://wiki.helionet.org/ETA Asking the same question in multiple posts can lead to wasted effort and slower support. 23. Domain added. Since you use Cloudflare, be sure to create the relevant A record so the domain will work. The domain can take up to 2 hours to function.
  24. No problem. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
  25. Yes. Thank you very much.
  26. Sounds good.
  27. I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  28. Increased, it'll take up to 2 hours to become effective. For the space, 920MB of it is in files. Those Moodle installs are much more than 74MB each. The private folder is softaculous backups.
