devzx Posted March 25 Posted March 25 Greetings, I rushed to get a hosting, just opted for a Morty about an hour ago. And It looks great, but now I realized I am not gonna be able to do everything I need on it, i.e: install and/or uninstall packages/software whenever I need, when testing sometimes I need to do this quite often; use some custom command line utilities or python scripts made to analyze internal data, etc. So I thought I was gonna be able to move my plan to a VPS one, using the option on the dashboard, but it does not move plans, just accounts and that is not possible between shared and vps accounts, but reading on the refund policy page I saw I do not really need a full refund to buy again a VPS, it says it can be exchanged. I haven't uploaded anything or configured anything, so I do not need to transfer any data, and I will be able to do my work with a VPS earth. So how can this be done? Thanks a lot for your help.

Building the VPS and running all the latest updates takes 10-30 minutes, and you'll receive an email when it is done.
