Good question. At this point let's go with the solution you suggested: redirect so their browser url bar shows theclippercampaign.com Since the .com was the url I created email accounts, websites and the one shared publicly, it would then make sense to do the above. Now, just for my own education, would it have been possible to redirect to the content in .com but have the address bar show .org? What are the practical options when doing this sort of redirect? What's the technical term for this redirect thing? Would it be too much to ask for a link where I can read up on this and give me a better understanding? Thanks in advance for your help. Chris

On my Tommy account, I have 0s for all stats since May 9, on both domains. Not that they were super popular, but I"ve never had a month with 0 before. On Johnny and Morty, I'm still getting some stats tracked currently, but it shows as Deprecated on all servers.

Question on upgrading to a VPS account
wolstech replied to hostmysiteplease's topic in Customer Service
Note that when you actually buy a VPS, nothing happens to the hosting account automatically. You just get a VPS alongside. If you want to move everything to the VPS as a replacement for the Plesk hosting account, you would need to do so manually, then cancel the hosting account. Some of our VPS users do have both, they typically use the Plesk account for their main website, and set up the VPS on a subdomain to use for hosting large files or running a specific a heavy application like a game server. -
[Krydos] Tommy might be blocking SMTP requests
wolstech replied to msbsurfi's topic in Escalated Requests
That IP address is not blocked on our end from what I can see. DNS on your domains looks fine (we usually recommend just setting the MX records directly to tommy.heliohost.org for simplicity, but this is not going to cause the issue you're describing and the configuration you're using should work). Krydos can confirm the firewall stuff on our side. If there isn't anything found, this may be an Azure issue. -
[Solved] IP Range Rate Limited 41.36.132.153

That error looks more like the FROM address is wrong. If I'm reading that right, Windows mail is trying to send email on behalf of unqsoft@gmx.com using Tommy as the mail server. That will never work simply because Tommy isn't allowed to send mail for the gmx domain. You probably need to change the FROM address to match whatever mailbox you created on Tommy. I went ahead and set DKIM and SPF up on your main domain since its the only one on your account that's actually hosted here at the moment, but I suspect its the above mail settings issue in your client causing that error.

[Solved] Regarding Account Ownership and Login Activity

The pending suspension for account oshekher has been cancelled. Thank you for complying with our terms of service. -
What is your username?

Domain added. It can take up to 2 hours to start working.
-
I switched you back to Ubuntu 24 and installed Hestia for you. To login to Hestia go to https://vps162.heliohost.us:8083/login/ and login with the username 'admin' and the password you selected when signing up.

I've added those domains to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain changes to take effect. If after a full 2 hours they don't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache When we load tested Moodle, it caused a lot of load so the risk of suspension is high. Please make sure to keep a very close eye on your account load if you use Moodle. You can check your account load here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ You can check out the load testing report here, showing the results for Moodle in the table: https://wiki.helionet.org/Common_Software_Load

[Solved] Enable Tomcat for my Tommy account
MoneyBroz replied to jhonnytorrez999's topic in Customer Service
Java / JSP is not currently available on the shared hosting accounts. Although it is on the roadmap, there is no estimated timeframe as to when Java may be offered. You can read more about ETAs here: https://wiki.helionet.org/ETA However, there was a recent fundraiser to raise money to build a new server named Stevie that will have Java. If you would like to be added to the list of Java beta testers, once the server is built and open for testing, you could donate $35 USD (or more if you also want to upgrade your storage): https://donorbox.org/rebirth-of-stevie In the meantime, if you need Java / JSP, you would need a VPS. We offer different plans, starting at $4 USD / month, with a discount of 10% if you pay for 6 months upfront (which is confirmed once you select a specific pricing plan): https://heliohost.org/vps/ Once Java support returns, it will be announced in our forum News section (https://helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/), the Java page in our Wiki (https://wiki.helionet.org/Java_JSP), our Discord channel, and our socialmedia. -
Thanks for renewing your VPS.

[Solved] Request to Unblock My IP for Free Account Registration

No problem. For what it's worth, the page you described is normal for up to about 2 hours after a domain is added or an account reset is completed. If you recently completed a reset or had the domain added back to the account, that's why you were seeing the message.
-
Yes, I can access it now, thanks.

Since there had been no response for over a week I was checking in on this one, and noticed that you requested reverse DNS for VPS12 to be set to tkcsplace.moe. I missed that the first time somehow, but it's set now. Let us know if you need any help with the DKIM, SPF, and DMARC. Since you are using external DNS you have to actually set the records yourself since we can't login to your Porkbun account, but we may still be able to offer advice if you're having trouble.
-
I have started your account reset. Prior to the reset I made a full backup which you can download from https://heliohost.org/backup if you need any of your previous files. You should have received an email from no-reply@heliohost.org (not this email) with a link to take the next step in the reset process.

[HH#549288] Request for Resseting Account to StartOver
Krydos replied to HelioHost's topic in Email Support
You're having so much trouble with this email thing that I started to think something was wrong with our email system. I checked the headers of your emails manually, and sure enough the reply-to header is still set to gentil@quevvy.com. We've been using this same email system since 2017 or so and it's never taken anyone more than 1 try to send us an email from the correct email address. Since you're really struggling with sending emails in addition to a lot of other really basic stuff I'm going to go ahead and waive our "verify email address" policy this one time and reset your account for you. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
