I am facing an issue where emails sent from my domain are being delivered to recipients’ spam/junk folders, mainly on Gmail and Yahoo. This is also happening when I reply to emails that I have already received from those recipients.

“Are Sieve vacation/autoreply emails DKIM signed for custom domains? My autoresponder mails fail DMARC.”
normal mails are delivering successfully.

which is something an administrator would need to setup for you

This domain is using Cloudflare, so the user has to set up DKIM, SPF, and DMARC themselves. We can only set up email for people who use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org

I actually checked this user's DNS earlier, the records were there when i queried them, so it looks like be did set this up, and at minimum the SPF and DMARC were correct. DKIM was also set up, though I didn't verify that the key was correct.

I'm not sure why these would be going to spam considering these settings are configured... might be a provider issue on the other end. If that's the case, the only thing you can do is simply mark the emails as "not spam". The provider should eventually figure out that they're not junk.

@wolstech I just checked the NS records, not the DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records. I didn't realize they were already set up. I just knew I couldn't edit their Cloudflare settings for them.

@urbanshed If you're DNS records are already set up try sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.
