I am facing an issue where emails sent from my domain are being delivered to recipients’ spam/junk folders, mainly on Gmail and Yahoo. This is also happening when I reply to emails that I have already received from those recipients.

i have accidentally deleted my website folder urbanshed.in and after that i have copied again at same location but my webisite is not loading this is the error in attached screenshot.

is there any way to analyse, what is consuming the storage, if my emails are consuming space, how can i delete them to free up the space, keeping only what i need and delete everything else, but right now due to account inactivation i am not able to access the emails as well on my email client.

Hello, My website was not opening, so I checked my Plesk account and noticed that it shows my disk space usage has exceeded the allowed limit. However, my website is the only thing hosted on the account, and I have not uploaded any additional files since the beginning. I would like to understand why the account is showing as overused. Also, due to the account suspension, I am currently unable to access my files to check what is causing the issue. I am also unable to receive emails or access my website data. Could you please help me investigate and resolve this issue at the earliest possible convenience? Thank you for your support and assistance.

yeah absolutely right, tommy.heliohost.org also resolves to the same ip. there were no need to make it complicated

I have solved the issue, and I am just documenting here so that if anyone with similar problem can find the solution. my domain name urbanshed.in was proxied by cloudflare that is why it was not working. I created another A record with mail.[mydomain] to my server (not proxied dns only) MX records changed to [mydomain] mail.[mydomain] reissue SSL certificates from plesk interface so that it covers my newly added mail.[mydomain] thanks everyone for the help.

yes i have re-enabled it, i can wait for some time for webmail but login to mail client is giving me errors (thunderbird and outlook) my mxrecord was setup to cloudflare email routing, i have disabled it and added a new mx record to [mydomain] i have added dmarc, spf and dkim on cloudflare but still no luck in logging via mail client.

Things that I have already done: 1) I added the records in cloudflare for DMARC, SPF, and DKIM as well. 2) my A record urbanshed.in is set to ip address of the tommy server (website is working fine). 3) I have created mail account with name admin@urbanshed.in and I have completed the setup. Problems: 1) I have setup the webmail option as well, but on webmail. a page is opening with webmail.urbanshed.in and it is showing an error. (i have attached the jpg) 2) I am setting up mail server client (Thunderbird and Outlook) both are having connection issue and unable to connect. (i have attached the jpg) I have tried Manual setup as well (i have attached the jpg) I must be missing something, please help me to make this work.

hi there, my username is urbanshed and my doman name is urbanshed.in that is working good. my dns records are set by cloudflare account. i have setup the A/AAA records to my ip and it is working fine, but i dont know which DNS enteries i have to make for setting up mails in, also i need spf, dmarc and dkim to be setup, can you please help me how can I do that?
