I've reset your account and you should receive an email shortly so you can take the next steps to reactivate it.

I made a backup before the reset, so if you discover you need old files, you can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup

If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, we have a how-to document in our Wiki here: https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/plesk/account-backups

Please let us know if we can help with anything else.

?Ive created a new account on Tommy (cktrack.heliohost.us)

Can you migrate my old account (cktrack.heliohost.org) to my new account?

And is it possible to rename the URL for my new account back to cktrack.heliohost.org?

Thank you!

You have to restore your data manually after a reset. The data from your old account are available here for you to download and restore if you need it: https://heliohost.org/backup/ It cannot be automatically restored as doing so would just recreate the broken legacy account you were trying to get rid of.

Domain changed. We haven't offered those for several years now, though legacy users have been allowed to keep the ones they have. I've put it back for you since you probably have traffic going to it for the time being, but you may want to consider another domain since we might force users off of the .org subdomains at some point.

I found it.  Just not sure how to upload it.  Tried to upload it through the backup manager, but am getting an error.  Do I need to ssh in to the server to run a sqldump command?  Any help would be much appreciated.
