HelioHost Posted September 2, 2024 Posted September 2, 2024 Username: msbsurfi, Server: Johnny, Main domain: msbsurfi.helioho.stHello there, I (msbsurfi@gmail.com) already have a personal Heliohost account. I have used that account to test some apps that is made for "Helping Hand For Needy" (facebook.com/HHFN.BD) ,a charity organization to help needy patients for treatment purposes. I work for them. I have created some kind of automations based on website for handling patient data. Now it's time to go to production. So a free Heliohost account is needed for the organization. Organization mail: helpinghandforneedy12@gmail.com My email: msbsurfi@gmail.com (Already have a Heliohost account) Please keep note that both accounts will be operated from same device. And please send an account creation invitation to Helping Hand For Needy. Regards, MD Shifat Bin Siddique.
Krydos Posted September 2, 2024 Posted September 2, 2024 An invite has been sent. Please let us know the username that you choose for the new account once it is created so an exception can be made in the multiple account detection system so you don't get suspended for logging in to two accounts.

msbsurfi Posted September 2, 2024 Posted September 2, 2024 Another thing. Can I donate to Heliohost via Microsoft Rewards?

We think so, but aren't really sure how/when we actually get the donation. You're the second person to want to donate via Microsoft's Rewards program though, so it'd be neat if it works. Here's the other topic where someone did it recently: https://helionet.org/index/topic/62016-request-to-move-johnny-server-to-tommy/#comment-276281
Krydos Posted September 2, 2024 Posted September 2, 2024 Microsoft uses the Benevity service to dispense donations to non-profits, and we've received donations from Benevity before so we assume it will work to donate Microsoft points. Two people have donated 1000 points recently with the hopes of getting moved to Tommy, but as of today we still haven't been able to verify the donations. I suspect Benevity only deposits money to us once a month, and even then we're not sure we can determine who donated what.

And I have much points for donation. I have tried to donate helio networks but a error message is shown that my region is not supported. I hope Heliohost and Microsoft Collaborate to make Bangladesh a supported region. And thanks again. You may mark the ticket solved.
