Please I am a student just studying how to use MySQL. Because of the constraints on having a laptop, I am using an iPad to write this, I have decided to register with heliohost to get a web database. But after registering I cannot see my host name and port at cpanel to connect to MySQL from the client I am using. Please can someone teach me how to get the host name and port number? What other parameters do I need to get started. I have checked the wiki but did not get any help there. Please I need to do this quickly so I can concentrate on my studies. I have spent more than a day trying to understand it. Thanks for your help. -
Hi. I changed my password twice on Johnny. But from that moment on, I've never been able to connect to my database. This message shown on the top there: Error: SQLSTATE[HY000] [3118] Access denied for user 'munny'@'johnny.heliohost.org'. Account is locked. I'd like to know what I chould do to solve this problem as soon as possible. Thanks! -

Hi there! I have a java web project that used jsp and servlet. I´ve done correctly all the database and there is no problem with that. In the section of MySql Databases I´ve created a new user and I attached it to the database created. The problem is that I don´t get the connection to the database. I genere a .war file to be deployed . Hey, guys, are you ok? What's happening? Almost everytime I try a connection via FTP, I see an error or problem. Even when I'm using the DB, I also see Internal Server Error 500. And when I load some page this shows up: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@bla-bla-bla to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Sorry, but this has delayed my work. Since yesterday I'm trying to finish a task, and I can't because of those issues I've mentioned. I was told it was due to a high load in server. Is there anything you're doing to solve the problem? Sorry for the complaint. -

Hi team, starting from today I am not able to reach some domains from my PHP and JAVA code from my domain in Heliohost. In particular, I am not able to reach https://api.fanburst.com and http://api.soundcloud.com/ (which I call to extract some data) from my code. I always get a "Connection refused" error. Hello, I have been tryng to access PostgreSQL database, but it has been unsuccesfull. I have read in forum about my error "Error: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "***.***.***", user "fjmduran", database "fjmduran_cestacompra", SSL off" but I do not find solution. I am sure of database name, and user name and password are right. My connection string is "jdbc:postgresql://fjmduran.heliohost.org:5432/fjmduran_cestacompra","fjmduran","*" I have try change fjmduran.heliohost.org by tommy.heliohost.org, but is was unsuccesfull, same error. I have read in forum, that Krydos needs to enable remote access per database and per user. Please, could you open access for any IP? Thanks,

I cant connect to postgresql remotely, It shows: no pg_hba.conf entry for host necesarily only root can give that permission ? How can i fix that without the help's root. thanks.

Hi, I have an account on Ricky. When I access Ricky after connect to Internet(router logged in to ISP), I can access Ricky for about 5-10 minutes. But after that initial period Ricky stops responding, even to ping requests. I am able to ping/ access Tommy and Johnny, at the same time. My ISP does not provide Static IPs for home users, so the IP keeps changing every time router reconnects/ DCHP is reset. My current IP is 122.171.107.24@04:47UTC. It looks like after this 'A Dns Entry For Professionalserver.tk Already Exists' problem, I don't have now a capacity to upload my "phpDolphin.sql" file using the import function available in MySQL database.. This is what happened after uploading that SQL file: Can somebody fix my new issue? This problem is not existed when I'm in Johnny server. Dear Admin, Just wanted to notify you of a possible bug that Johnny is not accepting remote/external connections to PostgreSQL at port 5432. Stevie is connecting fine. Would it be possible for you to enable the same on Johnny as well? Also, my ASP.NET application (which is developed in Mono) is not working even for a simple ASP.NET page. As I understand Johnny has Mono, is it enabled for us to use? Thanks, Abhishek
