  1. If you're still seeing the hackers bad work, clear your cache.
  2. @djbob - area51.heliohost.org/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
  3. After you login, take a look at the URL. If the URL ends in .phpcp or .php then you are okay. If it ends in anything different (such as .html), you are in trouble. We recommend you login thru the HelioHost homepage.
  4. Glad your problem got solved.
  5. Umm... are you sure?
  6. Stuff that needs fixing Webmail showing blank page Form not appearing on login page. I thought we didn't offer Fantastico anymore?
  7. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  8. Because you have been blocked by your government, our main administrator (djbob) can unblock you by giving you a different 'IP Address'. All you can do now is wait for him.

    Johnny launched!

The Server Move Requests subforum is now open for requests.
  10. Your welcome! Glad your problem got solved
  11. Looks like it's working now. And your nameservers are also showing up now.
  12. I've reset your password and I will PM you a new one.
  13. I can connect to your site fine - Google Chrome shows me a blank page. Looks like you live in China. The Chinese Government are blocking HelioHost. djbob can easily solve this problem though... This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  14. Domain should be changed in 24 hours. Merging this topic with the pinned topic.
  15. I am seeing 'Oops! Google Chrome could not find secretmapper.cz.cc'. Looks like that domain isn't pointing to our nameservers?
  16. Your welcome! I'll stick it in the CAQ.
  17. @wenmi01 - Looks like your site is working now? I am seeing... <HTML> <BODY> <CENTER>Hosted by heliohost.org</CENTER> </BODY> </HTML> @bman - The hacker replaced your index.php file with their own Hacker's Page. You need to login to your cPanel File Manager and edit or delete index.php .
  18. Looks like you're on Johnny - I don't have access to Johnny, just Stevie. I'll ask djbob if he'll fix your issue.
  19. I can login to cPanel fine?
  20. This problem is happening to all sites. We are aware of this issue and are trying to fix. Pinning
  21. Follow the instructions in the pinned topic 'Requests for ASP.NET, Java/JP and Ruby on Rails'. Remember to state clearly that you want to move to Stevie. Btw sorry about my duplicate post - I lost Internet connection just after I posted it
  22. We are aware of this and trying to fix. There is a topic in Escalated Requests about this - let's keep discussion in there. Therefore, I am closing this topic
  23. The reason Johnny is overloaded is because that the hackers are constantly trying to login as the root administrator, so the hacker is constantly trying to crack Johnny's password. Also, if Johnny is down, it is probably confusing Cody. For example: CODY: User wants to signup. JOHNNY: This website has been hacked. CODY: Huh? JOHNNY: This website has been hacked. CODY: What!? JOHNNY: This website has been hacked. CODY: Error.
  24. Yeah - that's what we're talking about. I tried putting an * in my Remote SQL, and it said that symbols were not allowed, but a wildcard (%) was.
  25. Sorry - I'll check that next time. Deescalating
