Yup. All we can do now is wait for djbob. Everyone on the /home1/ partition is having this problem. Everyone on the /home/ partition is seeing an 'Account Queued' page.

Please read up on flushing your DNS; I am seeing your website fine. If flushing your DNS doesn't work, then your ISP (Internet Service Provider) might be caching the page to save bandwidth, and you may need to read up on this issue on your ISP's website or contact your ISP itself. -
All sites on your partition are experiencing this issue. We apologise for any inconvenience. As far as we are aware this is not a hack - simply an issue with the file system. Please keep discussion related to this issue in the escalated topic at http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=8965 We will also post any updates we have on our Twitter page, @HelioHost Closing...

Looks like a corrupted file system. Let's see if djbob can fix this issue... This support request is being escalated to our root admin. @djbob - Users on the /home/ partition are showing Account Queued, whilst users on the /home1/ partition are showing an unrelated directory listing (as other users have pointed out).

Byron's site is at http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/ and the server load images are available in the top right corner of HelioNet. We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties. Please follow @HelioHost on Twitter for details and updates.

Your account is already 'Active' in the database and your last login date was today, so there is nothing to worry about.

Sorry if we seem offensive to your government - Geoff is just telling you the facts not his opinion The Chinese government has blocked HelioHost from being accessed by it's residents (this is not our fault). However, our main administrator can give your site another IP address which your government does not block.

Stevie's Server Load was extremely high yesterday, which probably caused this problem. Take a look at the server load in the top right corner of HelioNet or my sig

You could look at our Server Move Requests sub forum: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showforum=72

You might be behind a firewall. Please try logging in at cpanel.yoursite.heliohost.org replacing yoursite.heliohost.org with your domain name. If you are still experiencing problems, please try again later.

I have reset your password and PM'ed you a new one.

It is fixed. However, the hacker overwrote every page that contained 'index' such as 'index.html', 'index.php', 'index.htm' with their own hacker's page. However, all you need to do to delete the index file(s) and replace it with your own. If you are being redirected to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi then please clear your cache

Okay Closing...

Is your username ybd1f06j? ybd1f06j is in the database and is active - you should be able to login via the HelioHost homepage. If you cannot login, please post back and I will reset your password.

There was a strange problem with your website: It was showing Suspended even though it was Active. I have solved the issue now - please clear your cache if you are still not seeing your site.

Your welcome

Closing due to inactivity, and the issue is resolved.

You don't need to do anything else - you only need to set the nameservers (which you have). Just wait <24 hours
