  3. Your username and database should be prefixed with your cPanel username then your name. For example, cpanel_test Your database name is, but your database username is prefixed with miovitz_a6745589_ for some reason, when it should be just a6745589_ The hostname should be 'localhost'.

  22. @Aprime - Umm... I'm not sure if a user would request support for another user that they don't know. And if a user requests for their website to be deleted, we would check their index.html to see if it reads 'All files have been deleted! Please delete my site!'.
