  2. I am still having the exact same problem, after waiting for 24 hours. Did I miss anything important? What do you mean by "clear cache"? Thank you.
  3. When I visit my site, it shows Account Suspended. And when I try to renew it, it says "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error.". my userid: zeleij my site: jiele.heliohost.org By the way, I can login to cPanelX successfully. Please advise. Thank you!
  4. My problem seems to be the same as http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=8259. My userid: zeleij My site: jiele.heliohost.org In the past few weeks, I cannot access my site any more. Above hostname is mapped to 216.218.192.170. I am from China, so I assume this is due to the block at the Great Firewall. Is it possible to change the binding IP / server? Thanks a lot!
