For wordpresss, localhost as the DB_HOST would be fine. Also, have you tried changing the password of the user or deleting and recreating it in the cPanel ?

First of all, the account zaurak isn't suspended at Heliohost. The error is due to some other host. The nameservers on your site are ns.axfree.com and ns2.axfree.com. You need to change them to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org for the domain to function as a part of Heliohost.
