I changed your username from "paulbird" to "mnc". It is effective immediately and affects cPanel, Mail, FTP, and all other services using your hosting username. It does not affect your HelioNet username. Would you like me to change that for you too or do you want it to stay paulbird?

A .htaccess file is a configuration file for your site. Just delete any file called ".htaccess". They do not have any name before the dot (.)
