You can share your opinions regardless of what they are, you just must do it in a respectable and civilized way. In essence, you cannot slander or make fun of anyone else's beliefs.
First of all, the servers are not down 23 hours a day. That is a gross exaggeration. And as djbob said, "This is a free hosting site; you're a user, not a customer." If you want to leave, then leave. We're fine with or without you.
@sparta: Your site (an empty directory) is loading fine for me.
@sido: What is your cPanel username, domain, and on what server is your site hosted (Stevie or Johnny)?
I can also see the website fine (just the letter "a"). Also, in the future, should you ever encounter this problem again, please use our official account queued thread at http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=9668
Toward the beginning of HelioNet/HelioHost, there was a system like this, but that has since been eliminated. I think that you'll be satisfied with the limits imposed: unlimited bandwidth, (sub)domains, databases, e-mail accounts, etc.!
In the future, should this ever happen again, please use our new unexpected queued page thread at http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=9668
Thanks.
Sometimes, HelioHost's servers have a slight disruption that can cause all accounts on a server to act as though they are queued and pending activation. The administrators can easily solve this issue once it is reported to us. Sometimes an individual account can also experience this issue which we can also work to resolve.
If your account is showing a queued page after it was already active, post your username and server here and we will work to resolve the issue. Please only post in this thread if your account was previously working.
To reiterate, this thread is for the following issues only:
A server-wide issue that shows all accounts as queuedYour previously-active account showing as queued
When posting, remember to include the following information:
Your HelioHost UsernameYour DomainYour Server (Stevie or Johnny)
Thank you very much for your cooperation.
This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
Are there any security/stability risks involved? If it raises the server load to much, it probably will not be able to be enabled.
@Krydos - Just so you know, for this topic, manually suspending the user and then unsuspending them fixes the issue. The accounts usually do not show as suspended in the database, so just clicking unsuspend may not work.
Personally, I don't like Flash that much either, it is too slow and can cause browser instability. I just want it on iOS because it is very mainstream and almost impossible to avoid.
