My country is known to be one of the most catholic countries in the world, but we respect religions like budism, protestantism, wicca and so one. We even got a special religion that appeared with the mix of the african religion brought by the slaves and catolicism. Every religion are respected. Altough some institutions (like my college) are ruled by priests, the religious part are optional
