Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. I believe it's the latter, Krydos would probably be against specifying in case some ne'er-do-well reads this and tries working around it, but better safe than sorry; the second case has no chance of getting you suspended, unless of course your email is flagged as spam.

Try using MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlConnection instead of System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.

The system blocks IPs for opening too many ftp connections in a short amount of time or too many failed login attempts, never for idle connections or bandwidth usage. Joomla is included in Softaculous as a one-click install though, which is always easier than manual installs.

PHP is available on Stevie, just make a new subdomain or subdirectory on your site and play with PHP.
