  1. ServerSide Includes work, in fact the tool in cPanel that helps you design custom error pages uses them. 500 errors might actually be easier to get on Stevie than on Johnny, the primary way to avoid them is to avoid using cpanel, ftp and such while concurrently accessing your site. If you think you'll never need Ruby on Rails or Active Server Pages go ahead and switch, those are the primary bonuses to being on Johnny. It's your account though so feel free to do what you want with it so long as it doesn't break the servers.
  2. You have 6 NS records, 4 of which are not ours. Remove the old NS entries to have your site hosted with us.
  3. The inactive account was registered from an IP in the same block as yours with an email similar to your current account's email, so I'm sure you're the same user. I notice there's a typo in the old account's email so you likely never got registration emails from us.
  4. We can't, then users on Johnny would all start asking for the same and we'd be stuck picking favorites which is a horrible administrative model.
  5. 26%+ server load is less than optimal, and johnny is always stressed out.
  6. epic3ds.tk works for me, perhaps the 404 pages got cached during johnny's downtime.
  7. It appears that account is not in our database, the reason for this could be that you did not log in for some time and your account was deleted for inactivity.
  8. Give it 24 hours from the time of this post, let us know if you need anything else.
  9. Care to explain how that's possible? ie, what were you doing?
  10. Well, currently Johnny is down, post back here when Johnny's status is up if you still have trouble logging in.
  11. It's working, do a flushdns or tell your ISP to stop caching pages. If neither of those options work you'll have to wait till the queued page gets completely removed from the lines.
  12. Johnny is currently down as my signature shows.
  13. You were suspended for running 4 cron jobs in a day, the limit is 2. Please try to limit your cron usage as it heavily drains the server's resources, if you need more cron jobs look into a service such as setcronjob.com. I have manually unsuspended your account, if you still see the account suspended page try clearing your cache.
  14. Probably just need to wait it out then, sorry for the inconvenience.
  15. Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on however that's the account queued page, since you can use cpanel and ftp I'm assuming you just need to wait the 24 hours for apache and bind to restart.
  16. Add a local cname in your cpanel for the remote subdomain pointing to your subdomain here. Probably also need to wait 24 hours.
  17. I can't help you with the implementation of crons since I don't use them.
  18. Yeah, not sure. Try to reinstall your wordpress. When you uninstall it in softaculous make sure you don't delete your database and remember the name of it so you can set it as the database for the new install.
  19. Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on
  20. We only allow 2 cron jobs per day, you can use setcronjob.com to run up to 50 remote cron commands per day.
  21. http://www.crystalalive.tk/ works fine for me, try clearing your cache.
  22. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
