  1. Your account was suspended for the following reason:

    Malware. 3 file(s). HTML.Exploit.CVE_2013_0026 FOUND

That means that there are some malware files found on your account.

For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended.

To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information.

If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi

Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.

  2. what is the problem?

    None.

It takes up to 24 hours for the subdomain to work.

Also for any add-on or parked domain.

The reason Heliohost domains show as queued for up to 24 hours after they are added is to reduce load. In order for a new domain to show up "instantly" requires a restart of apache and bind to load the new configuration file. If we were to enable this option apache and bind would be restarting constantly 24 hours a day and causing massive load rendering most pages completely unusable.

This is why most free hosts only allow a limited number of addon domains, parked domains, and subdomains. This is also why cPanel definitely wouldn't recommend hosting as many accounts as we do. For an interesting read you could skim through this thread http://www.freewebsp...l-server-handle For comparison we currently have over 25,000 accounts, and 12,750 of those are located on Stevie which is currently at 99.96% uptime for the week and 99.95% uptime for the month of February. I have a feeling that if most experienced cPanel administrators saw the details of what we are pulling off here they would have a mess in their pants to clean up. I think waiting a few extra hours to get your site online is a fair price to pay.

  4. I can't see the files or call the scanner etc etc. However, last time and this time the same type of infection was detected, last time was a wp-include thing, which I'm assuming is from whatever WordPress themes or plugins you've set up, so my best guess is that the theme or plugin you're using has a backdoor that's letting someone have their way with your account.

Meaning, before you install stuff, check to make sure it's from a reputable source and been vetted by other users, and even scan it on your home pc before installing it on the server.

  5. We are unable to change email addresses for users because if we did then anyone who wanted to gain control of any account on our servers could just make a request to change the email address on an account and the true owner would be locked out.

Same applies to manual password resets
