The reason Heliohost domains show as queued for up to 24 hours after they are added is to reduce load. In order for a new domain to show up "instantly" requires a restart of apache and bind to load the new configuration file. If we were to enable this option apache and bind would be restarting constantly 24 hours a day and causing massive load rendering most pages completely unusable.

 

This is why most free hosts only allow a limited number of addon domains, parked domains, and subdomains. This is also why cPanel definitely wouldn't recommend hosting as many accounts as we do. I have a feeling that if most experienced cPanel administrators saw the details of what we are pulling off here they would have a mess in their pants to clean up. I think waiting a few extra hours to get your site online is a fair price to pay.

I can't see the files or call the scanner etc etc. However, last time and this time the same type of infection was detected, last time was a wp-include thing, which I'm assuming is from whatever WordPress themes or plugins you've set up, so my best guess is that the theme or plugin you're using has a backdoor that's letting someone have their way with your account.

Meaning, before you install stuff, check to make sure it's from a reputable source and been vetted by other users, and even scan it on your home pc before installing it on the server.

We are unable to change email addresses for users because if we did then anyone who wanted to gain control of any account on our servers could just make a request to change the email address on an account and the true owner would be locked out.

Same applies to manual password resets
