  1. Make another post with your main domain name and username here and let the administrator know.
  2. You shouldn't need to add a ruby handler. That mime type is already set at your cpanel. Have you tried a simple Hello World script?
  3. We are having issues with addon domains right now. Give it about 48 hours after you've added the addon and make sure you have the correct nameservers. ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org
  4. This support request is being escalated to our root admin. He registered: 2010-01-20 And he's still showing as being Queued.

If I'm not mistaken as soon as your account comes out of the queue you should be able to login to your cpaanel here: http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ Usually that only takes 24 hours but lately we've had a back log of new registrations. If you still can't login after another 48 hours let us know.
  6. Start another topic in Customer Service and give your domain name and username and the day you registered (2010-01-22) and say that your account is still in the Queue and I'll escalate it.
  7. That's because you created an account with us using that domain, but you still need to point that domain to our nameservers. At the time of this post your domain is pointed here: bytexweb.com Check your NS Records here.
  8. Right now your account is still showing as being queued but your nameserver provider should still let you point your domain to us so that when you do become active your site will be ready to go. Due to a huge back log in registrations new accounts have been slow to come out of queue. Please give it another 24 hours.

  11. How long ago did you change the nameserver? As of the time of this post your not pointed to heliohost. Check dns status here
  12. Point your domain to our nameservers: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org Then give it 24 hours. Post back if you still can't see your domain.

  15. We don't have a reset for accounts. We could delete your account and then you could re-register.

  17. The cpanel people were working on the addon domain issue a few days ago. Try adding your domains again and let me know how it goes.
  18. The only place for you to get help for your account is here at the forums. Give your addon domains 48 hours to appear. If you don't see them then post back.
  19. What I meant by "not seeing any records", was that your domain name isn't showing any nameserver records. You need to go to where you registered your domain name and point your domain name to our nameservers.

  22. It will delete itself if you'll just not login to your cpanel for 30 days.

  24. What's your heliohost domain name, your parked domain name and your username. Also make sure you have pointed your domain to our nameservers: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org
