  1. You'll probably have to wait 24 hours to see that it's been deleted as an addon domain. Then you can Park pogobar.org at the cpanel. If you added each of those as seperate addon domains and specified the corrrect folder than you should be ok. Yes that is the way addon domains work. They have thier own seperate ftp and cgi-bin. You also need to make sure that ALL of your addon domains and parked domains are pointing to our nameservers. ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org
  2. Make you a php page and call it info.php (or whatever.php) and add this code: <?php phpinfo(); ?> Here's a list of the functions we support. http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/get_d...d_functions.php http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/get_d...d_functions.txt

  5. You could also use htaccess by adding this line in your root htaccess file: RewriteEngine on RewriteRule ^index\.html$ admin/index.html [R=301,L]
  6. Make another post in Customer Service explaining your problem and I'll escalate it. Be sure to post your domain name and username. Kendy your problem is the same problem everybody is having and the administrator is working on it.
  7. It's because some people are abusing server resources and it's putting to much of a load on the server. The administrator is working to correct the problem.
  8. Because the server needs to do a restart to show the changes in the cpanel. With close to 9000 accounts and growing it would slow the server down if it did a restart everytime somebody added or deleted a domain.
  9. I'm not seeing that account. Just register it again.
  10. Give it 24 hours to show.
  11. That's because you need an index.html page in your root directory to keep from directory listing. Why not just move your admin directory files in your root directory to solve the problem?
  12. This support request is being escalated to our root admin. djbob I've tried resetting his password twice without success. Neither him nor I can loggin to his account. Username: mdclark Domain: mdclarkmusic.heliohost.org
  13. As long as you didn't confirm the password change it should be the same.
  14. Just like the error message says, we don't allow those functions because of security reasons. Sorry!
  15. Your site is up and you need to login with ALL lowercase letters. On another note, we are experiencing a few problems with cpanel login right now so try it a couple of hours from now.
  16. I've PM'd you your new password.
  17. Your not seeing your index.html page because it's not there and I couldn't tell you what went wrong when you ftp'd your website. You can make another post in the Questions forum and somebody that's familiar with the program your using might can help you. EDIT: I'm seeing the index file in your admin/ folder but not in your root directory. http://doganmultimedia.heliohost.org/admin/Index.html If you want that to stop directory listing you need to rename that Index.html with a lowercase i. index.html
  18. Please do me a favor and spell out your words. No the execute is disabled system wide. What do you need it for anyway?
  19. What is your domain name and username? EDIT: Is this your site? http://mdclarkmusic.heliohost.org/
  20. The Ahoy message is in your cache. The Error 500 was just a temporary server spike. Try going to your site with another browser.
  21. Your site is up, you just need to refresh your browser.
  22. You need to post your domain name and username.
  23. Have you added any new programs on your site that would have changed the htaccess file. Check your htaccess for me.
  24. Give it 24 to 48 hours and then try your mail.
