  1. How did you delete the public_html folder? Did you delete it through FTP or did you delete it through your cPanel? If you deleted it through your cpanel it still maybe in your trash bin and you can restore it that way. If you deleted and it's gone then go to your home directory and recreate the folder. http://mdbooks.heliohost.org:2082/frontend...den=1&dir=/
  2. Okay I've deleted allmoneygates.com. Go ahead and try to register with your allmoneygates.co.cc domain. If it doesn't work you might have to wait until tomorrow after the server does a restart. Let me know if you have any problems.
  3. No you can't do that because allmoneygates.co.cc is an addon domain of a domain that doesn't really exist except at your cpanel. Here's what you need to do. 1) Go to your cpanel and delete allmoneygates.co.cc as your addon domain. And then let me know so I can delete your domain allmoneygates.com. That way you can re-register again. 2) Go login at http://co.cc and set the nameservers for your allmoneygates.co.cc domain to: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org instead of just stevie.heliohost.org 3) Re-register at the heliohost signup page with this account. allmoneygates.co.cc After you've done all of that it should take about another 24 hours for it to work.

  5. You'll need to purchase this domain (allmoneygates.com) before you can use it. You can't just sign up with it. If your not going to purchase it you'll need to re-register with a heliohost domain. Let me know if you need to re-register so I can delete the other domain name.
  6. Also make sure you check you home directory for any htaccess files.
  7. Post here.

  11. This support request is being escalated to our root admin. Domain name: http://aq-dev.co.cc/ Username: andrewq2 This should show the php info page: http://aq-dev.co.cc/info.php
  12. Make sure you set ALL of your php pages and html pages to 644 as file permissions. Since you say you don't have an htaccess file, go to your cpanel and look for the link that says FrontPage Extensions and click uninstall.
  13. I was able to run that script without any errors. Check your file permissions for me and also try this piece of code for me: <?php phpinfo(); ?> just call it 'info.php' That's not a 500 Error, that's a 403 Forbidden. Check your htaccess.
  14. You need to post the url of your page and then post me the php script.
  15. Everything should be ok now. Are you still getting 500 errors on your php pages?

  17. I just tried logging in from a proxy to my web disk and the cpanel didn't show the proxie's ip address as the last login at my cpanel. So based on that I would say that you need to login to your cpanel to show you as being logged in every month.
  18. You need to login to your cpanel a couple of times a month to keep your account active. That is all that's required of you.
  19. It normally isn't like this. I've notified the administrator and hopefully he'll take care of who ever was abusing system resources.

  23. While we are on the subject of sqlite (which I know nothing about) and this maybe the same problem he is having. I was doing some testing earlier today with sqlite and was getting this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function sqlite_open() Do we not have these functions available with our php5? http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.sqlite.php
  24. This was the line for htaccess: php_value output_handler ob_gzhandler
