Sometimes when the server is under a heavy load I'm not able to login either. I just tried logging in just now and it was a little slow but it worked so try it again.

You can try renameing the file and then deleting it or try making a php file called unlink.php in the same directory and code it like this: <?php unlink("problem_file.html"); ?> Then click onto the unlink.php and see if that works. Another solution is to move all files out of that directory except the problem file and then delete the directory.

Try refreshing your browser's cache and if that dosn't work post your domain name and username.

I've checked the database and I'm not seeing that domain or username. Try again tomorrow after the server does a restart and let us know.

I'm not sure and that's why I had him try to delete them himself before I deleted the account. I would think me deleting his account would be the same as the system deleting his account (and the addons) because of inactivity. He can let us know if he'll try to add them now on his new account.

Make a php page with this simple script and post the url. <?php echo "Hello World!"; ?> What folders and files did you delete? If they were Frontpage folders and files then your ok and you need to go to your cpanel and remove the rest by clicking Frontpage and then uninstall.
