I had been login and making changes/uploads to http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082(I even made an upload 3 days ago using the built-in uploader) For some reason http://damegedspy.heliohost.org times out. First of, you should look over security. If that is indeed you password many malicious users may put your world upsides down. I will not worry of an iFrame vuln. When I visit the domain its empty and neither the main website(heliohost.org) or my webspace(damegedspy.heliohost.org) allaws me to login.

AdWords is a Google service to advertise your website. Since it doesn't matter if you use it or not and you still have the limit. Go ahead and use t if you please. AdSense is a Google service to put advertisement in your webpage. Until what I remember there is no problem on using it on your website.(as long as you follow the ToS here and in AdSense)
