The first time I clicked onto your link with Chrome, I got the download screen but after that it gave me the page each time. I thought it might have something to do with the way you append your url with the semicolon (?start=admin;affiliate=999) so I added a few more semicolons to the url and got the download screen again. Can you append the url without the semicolon? Maybe like this: ?start=admin&affiliate=999

This is your third suspension for the same reason. We don't normally unsuspend an account after 3 suspensions for the same reason.

It's my understanding that 7-Zip will unzip a Bzip2. Why not unpack it on your machine and rezip ito regular Zip?

Regular Zip and Gzip is enabled. Why do you need bzip2? Sorry but you'll have to wait for your account to come out of queue like everybody else. Otherwise we would have to restart the server each time somebody created a new account.

A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish. If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. You edited your answer after I replied. Yes your right. We are only supporting version 3.5 and that is why your page doesn't work.

So are you saying your scripts should work with ASP.NET 3.5? What kind of errors are you getting?

Just because it comes from YouTube doesn't mean it's ok to reproduce. There are thousands of illegal copyrighted videos on YouTube without their (YouTube) knowledge.

Seems you were streaming copyrighted material on your site. If you can provide us written permission to stream this content, will gladly unsuspend your account.

That won't work. You need to use ftp.johnny.heliohost.org Just be patient. Johnny is slow at times. I really can't say since I'm not familiar with Visual Studio but you want to ftp to your public_html folder.

Are you using this as the ftp address: ftp.johnny.heliohost.org and using your cpanel username and password?
