Not sure why it was suspended. It was showing active so I manually unsuspended it. Ok you should be back up now.

Try the cron job manager at your cpanel.

The problem is when you give the folder 750 permissions. For some reason it bypasses your error page and goes to the server default error page. Since your already blocking directory indexing with this: Options -Indexes Go back and change the permissions on your folder to 755 and don't add an index file in that folder. Example: http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/foo

cPanel is down right now on Johnny so this is probably why. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Error pages require the full page url to be redirected. Something like this: ErrorDocument 403 http://your-site.heliohost.org/error.php

I just ran a test from my johnny account and received the email ok. Your right on the cron jobs and that's why you were suspended. Your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache.
