Really sorry for posting this before in the Internet forum...but I don't know how to delete the previous post. i like gmail better too...but i don't like their interface that much. thats why i use windows live desktop or outlook

...is it bad that i have windows but i depend on objectdock? heh. (in case u didnt know, objectdock is this copy cat version of the mac dock...looks very similar but of course lacks some functions)

heehee. i've switched to firefox now. cause of the look too.

i love the mac's GUI and the whole thing with docks...also much more stable than pcs...only problem, as was stated before, there aren't as many programs...darn microsoft!

im trying to remove some of my plugins...and they say that they'll be uninstalled when firefox restarts...i've closed firefox, made sure the process isn't running...and yet it the addons still say "This add-on will be uninstalled when Firefox restarts". help? ><

i think it's called VideoDownloader...and when you download it and open it the plug in gives u instructions on downloading this other program called RIVA flv encoder that rips the video from the flash files (youtube stores the videos in .swf files) correct me if i'm wrong... here's the link: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3242

appreciate the help...except i don't want the url to change...if i put a redirecting script, then the url will change to the new page's url. >< i'm not doing anything illegal or anything...heh...but i just don't want my guests seeing the original url. for asthetic reasons. is it possible to view the source of an inline frame?

I have a website (not on heliohost...still earnin those helions...) and the name was one that I had from awhile ago...but now I want to move those files to a new domain for the new url...the problem is some things depended on the SQL database from the old account I had...so i have two questions: 1. is there anyway to securely show the contents of my old website on the new one? what i mean by this is something similar to a frame...how when you have a frame its a "window" to the other webpage but the url is the new one... but the problem is anyone can right click and choose to load that frame, and i don't want visitors to be able to do that. is there any solution to this? i know sites that the .tk sites do that... 2. is there any way to move an SQL database from one account to another? forgive me im being stupid here...=X

haha. my school blocked google translater...and i actually had to translate something. ii didnt realize then, but now i realize thats probably why they block it... Firefox is a communist illusion. Google is expanding too much. A jack of all trades is a master of none. i disagree. google's managing to master all of its trades... and plus some things like google spreadsheets were just purchased from other companies and googlefied..

i was gonna ask about flash vs. html...apart from compatibility are there any other pros/cons of using flash versus using html? personally i like using flash because it's easy to visually arrange everything and you have much more power over pages...but its also a pain to edit...

i like opera...its alot faster...and when things don't get rendered as intended i use IE. my FF takes way too long to load cause of all my plugins...but thats probably just me.
