You need to point your NS-records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. At the moment, they are pointing to: cPanel doesn't allow you to host domains that aren't located on our servers. You have to go to your domain provider to change the Name Server records. Then you need to wait 24 to 48h so they are actually changed and then you can add the domain here.

NS2 seems to be responding without any problems for me. Are you still experience the problem?
