    Does the transfer include Main Domains & subdomains?

    the dns is still pointed to 65.19.143.6 it needs to be changed to 65.19.141.77 krydos will need to do this for you.

    The certificate is expired, probably because you may have not updated it or there was an issue with the transfer

    Are you sure your dns A records are pointed to 65.19.141.77?

    When you account gets moved to plesk, will you have to update your domains DNS settings to 65.19.141.77

    Try using standard ftp instead, the username and password is the same as your login password
