I see that you are talking mainly about the np-webdesign.heliohost.org domain so i am unsuspending that account. If you would like the other account unsuspended instead, I can resuspend the webmast1 account and unsuspend the jeanine account.

We can see the account with just the username. The email isn't necessary.

As what wolstech said in the other topic, it can take up to 2 hours for the account to start working completely.
