Yeah actually it will be as far as we can expect. After all the issues are settled with Tommy, Johnny's gonna be rebuilt on Sparkie. That will make it super fast. Can't say if it will be as good as Tommy (only time can tell that), but yes, it'll be much better than what it's now and with a lot more uptime than this. For the present, if you have some really important website which requires uptime, consider shifting to Ricky as you've made a donation. Even though he's overloaded he's way better than the present Johnny. Or you may also wait just a few days now till Tommy's back, she get shifted to it. The choice is really yours. So that's the reason why Johnny didn't turn up for me... It just didn't load but never showed any error or anything if that sort, you know. Also, I checked immediately then, the monitor at the bottom of the page in main website showed the cross mark, indicating Johnny couldn't be indexed.

Yup.. That was just an assurance I have to him, what you say depends on through which nameserver the website is indexed.

Just checked... ns2 for your domain only resolves SOA. Test if the records are missing. Probably they need to be manually synced. Anyways that hardly matters took ns1 is up and functional.

The latest PHP version installed on all the servers is 7.2, maybe Tommy will have 7.3 when he's back. You can easily control the PHP version your site using the MultiPHP Manager in cPanel.

Manually place your domain files in the public_html folder after adding them as add-ons. But first get them cleaned from the cluster, by posting them here. If you've had databases, restore them using phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin. Other things have to be restored similarly. If you've further concerns feel free to ask.

Tommy's not yet back. You'll need to wait sometime. If you haven't already, go to https://www.heliohost.org/backup and download your backup with your previous Tommy credentials. Now what you can do is wait for Tommy to come back and create an account again. Otherwise you can temporarily create an account on Ricky which can be moved to Tommy after he's back. If you're a donor is your transaction ID and you can receive an invite. Otherwise consider signing up at midnight UTC when the registrations open up.

BTW, if you prefer, you can have a Ricky account for now. That will be moved to Tommy once he's back.

And anyways that ffang user was in their website, not a hosting account.

That means you'd donated and you're moved to Tommy, were you? If so that's enough to verify and send you a Ricky invite. Once Tommy is back, your account will be moved back and you'll have 2gb again. :-)
