It took a couple days, but I created a new VM, installed postgresql, migrated all of Johnny's old data files over, fixed all of the complaints to get postgresql running again, backed up all of the databases, and added them to your https://www.heliohost.org/backup/ directory. As is usually the case, autossl is running perfectly. The problem was his .htaccess was redirecting all traffic to the /lue/ directory. The optimal solution is to write better rules so queries to the .well-known directory aren't messed with. As a temporary fix I just renamed the .htaccess to .htaccess-old and now it works.

The median response time for the last 4 hours is 0.024s. The mean response time for the last 4 hours is 0.319s. The reason the mean is higher is because there can be slight spikes of lag while apache is restarting. If Ricky's apache was in the middle of a restart that could be why your response took 20 seconds. We think those response times are well within the acceptable range though. Johnny is generally the slowest server, Ricky is better, and Tommy is the best. If you want the fastest response times you can get for free we recommend creating your account on Tommy.

It's kind of a fluke that your account started using the shared IP again for mail. The rest of the accounts with dedicated IPs continued using their own addresses. I'm not sure what caused it, but like wolstech said cpanel does wonky stuff like this sometimes.
