  1. Computers are rarely wrong. There may have been a mistake, but I doubt it. In any case, your data is irrecoverable.
  2. Well in that case I'm not sure what went wrong. But I'll tell you that the system only suspends accounts that have not been updated, so either: 1) You never visited the cPanel home page. 2) The cPanel home page isn't updating your account like it should. I just checked, and it is working fine. 3) The account deletion script isn't getting the right accounts. Except, it uses a static SQL query, so this is unlikely.
  3. Looks like you hadn't logged in to cPanel for over a month, and you don't check your email.
  4. Your account will be removed after one month of inactivity.
  5. There is no such thing as a PHP error log. There are Apache error logs, which contain PHP errors. Check your cPanel error log, and look for an "error_log" file in the directory that contains the PHP file. There is a suPHP error log, but that should be irrelevant.

Sorry, but I can't do that. Try checking back at the forums every once in a while.
  7. "Ah" is not a word.
  8. This is due to server load. Sorry, but there's nothing we can do However, it will get better as time goes on, as we are deleting more accounts than we're allowing to sign up right now.
  9. We don't need a new disk. I just accidentally deleted a log file when it was in use by another service, and then never killed the service to free up the disk space. Try signing up again.

Sorry, but I can't give you a time frame right now.
  11. I really don't know how to change your nameserver records. Please contact your registrar; they should be able to assist you.

    About OpenSSL

Technically, yes. However, we aren't in any trusted roots, so if you're using a self-signed certificate most browsers will pop up a red flag and urge users to avoid your website.

Sorry, but we can't re-enable it. We plan to put it back up in a couple of months, but I can't say anything definite right now.
  14. Hmmm... looks like there are no permanently free SSL certificates that are trusted by most browsers. I guess you'll have to go with self-signed. I've granted you a dedicated IP - you should be able to create and install a certificate now. Note that it'll take 24 hours after installation to work.
  15. That's too much of a bother. We don't delete forum accounts.
  16. Try signing up with a different username. You probably picked one that is already registered as a system group on Stevie (ie. "apache", "wheel", etc.).
  17. I know how it's done over GoDaddy. I've done this myself many times. Like I said: try adding two "NS" records.

    Heliohost?

You will probably be able to work on your website, but it might take 48 hours for your website to actually show up online.
  19. Go ahead and add your new domain as a "Parked Domain" in cPanel. Make sure you don't set it to redirect. After that's done, the domain will functional as if it's your main domain.
  20. MSN has blocked us. It looks like AOL has done the same. If the cox is still rejecting us, it's probably for the same reason.
  21. I don't know how Rapidweaver works. Try putting "public_html" in there.
  22. I recommend trying out Google Analytics. It's much better than anything we could offer.
  23. Either one should work.
  24. I've never heard of anybody who uses Google as their registrar. I'm not exactly sure how to add nameservers records with them, but my guess it that you need to add two "NS" records, one for ns1.heliohost.org and one for ns2.heliohost.org.
