You are trying to start a MySQL connection to cPanel. Not going to work. Use "localhost" for $cfgServerHost.

Unfortunately, we currently have it disabled due to the load it takes on the server. However, I would suggest Google Analytics - it has more features than AWStats, and it's rather easy to set up.

No, there is no "session limit" in cPanel. Sessions are something created by individual applications; as such, you should probably contact the SMF folks.
