  1. To earn Helions, you must make quality posts. That means that you must make posts that follow all of our rules. To build a site here, you must then purchase a hosting package with your Helions. You can get an ad-supported hosting plan without any Helions, but it will have ads placed on it. For 250 Helions a month, you can purchase an ad-free plan. For more information, see http://www.heliohost.org.
  2. Sorry about that last issue, it's been fixed now. Your forum isn't working because of automatic ad placement. http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?ac...E=01&HID=22 Yah, it does.
  3. The store is still in beta, so you can ignore it for the most part.
  4. Sorry about that, the ad script malfunctioned. It should be working fine now. Thanks for the notification.
  5. There's no need to forgive you as you aren't even required to post here... you can be inactive if you want. However, if you want to be accepted in the community, being active, following the rules, and contributing well usually work better than posting sorry threads http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=1544 <--- read the last rule
  6. Your request has been accepted. Within a week you must put the following ad code in a visible location all through your website: <script type="text/javascript"><!-- google_ad_client = "pub-7539134276789186"; google_ad_width = 468; google_ad_height = 60; google_ad_format = "468x60_as"; google_ad_type = "text_image"; google_ad_channel ="9412090442"; google_page_url = document.location; google_color_border = "336699"; google_color_bg = "FFFFFF"; google_color_link = "0000FF"; google_color_url = "008000"; google_color_text = "000000"; //--></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js"> </script>Our staff will periodically check your website to make sure that your ads are constantly being displayed on your webpage. PS: You have to put it on ALL pages on your website, not just your forum.
  7. That was the whole point. It was sarcasm >_<
  8. It'll be in a compressed archive though. Backup options are available in cPanel, I believe.
  9. Sorry, your old account's gone I didn't know anybody was actually using those accounts, considering that they were inaccessible except by IP address. Also, there is a rule about not using your account for file storage if it's an ad plan...
  10. That's exactly why I want you to learn English. If you were from the US, there'd be no point.
  11. There are reasons for not having those items here. Most of them are either unfair or annoying.
  12. The default is to have no .htaccess file. Sending you nothingness would be pointless
  13. Just the memory or bandwidth... however, if you want to upgrade plans, please buy the item and then PM me. Don't use it, because there is no upgrade function.
  14. Change the permissions on it so that you can delete it and then delete it.
  15. Most of the accounts on the old server got corrupted when I tested it for some new features. Sorry Do you have these pictures on your computer? Otherwise, check Google Image caches or maybe the Wayback Machine at archive.org to see if they cached your pics.

    Software Upgrade

The cPanel 11 update occured overnight, but I just enabled X3 a few seconds again. So basically, all the changes should only start being visible now. Check it out PS: Yes, I know Fantastico is gone, and I working on restoring it. Fantastico restored.
  17. If you read the latest news thread, we were upgrading to cPanel 11 during that time. It should be working fine now, albeit a little slow. I'll look into why it's being so slow.
  18. I think somebody made one a while back... search the forums.
  19. Nope. This is a consequence of the upgrade to cPanel 11. It'll be fixed in a few times as we actually enable X3. PS: Seems to working fine for me. Check again, it might have just been temporary.

    Software Upgrade

Dear users, HelioHost is planning an upgrade tonight. We will be upgrading our cPanel software to version 11 (also know as x3) and our server software to Apache 2 (possible Apache 2.2). Hopefully this upgrade will go off without error, but chances are there might be some problems, so stick with us as the upgrade continues. Trust me, you'll love cPanel 11 HelioHost Team

Upgrade is both a verb and a noun.
  22. A truly interesting topic, but placed in the wrong forum. Is it that hard to pay attention, people? Moving...

The word is "upgrade", and it should still be working.

Check the Spam Guide again... The Apache upgrade was to install mod_perl so that we could get Perl working again and see if we could get ASP working as well.
