  1. This is weird... Kyougi has been experiencing similiar problems lately. I really have no clue how to solve them. My guess is that your ISP has bad DNS servers. For now, I suggest accessing HelioNet through a proxy, although that is usually against our rules.
  2. Your ads have been removed. Within a week you must put the following ad code on your website in a visible location all through it: <script type="text/javascript"><!-- google_ad_client = "pub-7539134276789186"; google_ad_width = 468; google_ad_height = 60; google_ad_format = "468x60_as"; google_ad_type = "text_image"; google_ad_channel ="9412090442"; google_page_url = document.location; google_color_border = "336699"; google_color_bg = "FFFFFF"; google_color_link = "0000FF"; google_color_url = "008000"; google_color_text = "000000"; //--></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js"> </script>
  3. Thanks, I'll get those up in a little while.
  4. All requested account have been moved to the new server. If you notice your account is inoperable, that is probably because you did not request it to be moved. I had a message in cPanel as well as an email sent out to everyone, but if you didn't notice those please PM with your username and I will transfer your account. Alternatively, I can leave your account on the old server but change the domain to end with .heliohost-v.org. If you have your own domain, then your account should be operable on whatever server it is currently on, although the new server will be faster so I suggest moving. Anyways, a few features I created on the new server: For ads accounts, two months of not logging on to cPanel gets your account suspended, and then deleted fifteen days after that. Also, I will soon be implementing something that will PM you on the board and email your board address if different from the normal one if you have a forum account. I am also trying to make a system that will remove the problem with automatic ads placement, but this might take longer. Thanks for being patient during the move! Hope to see the host and forums expand with the new server
  5. It's not a scam, but HelioHost is better
  6. Sorry, I didn't notice that Anyways, yah I can do it, although it'll only be good for two days until the server switch. It'd be pretty pointless at this point. Remind me on the 25th
  7. Bleh, some person keeps uploading a bunch of warez and crap onto his account, and the disk gets full. Let me fix it again...
  8. Hmmm... I highly doubt it, since the other info in there is also customized.
  9. Read the quote in post #2 of this topic.
  10. I have removed your posts from the topic you posted them in and created a new topic to contain them and dialogue stemming from them.

    Helions for Reviews

I don't really have the time right now. Feel free to add HelioHost yourself if you have the time
  12. There is always an infinite amount of Helions to gains, as there is always an infinite number of posts to make. Therefore, the amount of Helions to gain cannot be increased.
  13. Is the problem still occuring? What is your account username?
  14. My records show that that addon domain is actually correctly configured for your domain.
  15. You still didn't read the rules >_< Splitting topic... I'll look into this
  16. Sure, I guess. Do you have the postinfo.html still in your public_html folder?

    Helions for Reviews

Nope, 'cuz I asked for honest reviews I will give points whatever the review is.
  18. Read the rules at the top of this page please.
  19. Hmm... are you saying that the registrar wants the host configured first, and the host wants the registrar configured first?
  20. Make a request in the appropriate forum
  21. We are starting a program to give people Helions for reviewing HelioHost at different Free Host review sites. For each review we will give you 100 Helions. You must have a HelioHost account to qualify. Please be honest in your review. To cash in Helions for review simply reply to this topic with a link to your review. Please note your review username must be the same as your HelioNet username. Possible review sites are listed below: Free-WebHosts FreeWebspace FreeHostsFinder If you find any other review sites on the web, please post them here and I will approve them. This program is no longer offered, as Helions have been deprecated. We still encourage our users to review us on free hosting directories, but unfortunately there is no longer any incentive for reviews.
  22. You have to setup the domain to point to HelioHost before the addon domain will function correctly.
  23. Try the extension ".cgi". Make sure you are adding the "#!/usr/bin/perl" line at the front.
  24. We do allow FrontPage extensions, although you're the first person I know of to use them. Try enabling them in cPanel, and remember to use the postinfo.html file in the public_html folder.
  25. Yes, it should be fine now.
