  1. As long as you don't make it huge or commercial, I guess. We monitor CPU usage, so if yours goes too high we'll have to ask you to shutdown the proxy.
  2. Your account should definitely be activated by now. What are you getting when you go to your domain? A 404 (Not Found), a directory listing, or a suspension notice?
  3. The thing is, space is way more valuable to me than bandwidth. Free hosting uses barely any bandwidth, but huge amounts of space.
  4. The item is still in your inventory. Use it after seven days. Also, please read the Etiquette Guide: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=1544.
  5. Your request has been accepted. Within a week you must put the following ad code in a visible location all through your website: <script type="text/javascript"><!-- google_ad_client = "pub-7539134276789186"; google_ad_width = 468; google_ad_height = 60; google_ad_format = "468x60_as"; google_ad_type = "text_image"; google_ad_channel ="9412090442"; google_page_url = document.location; google_color_border = "336699"; google_color_bg = "FFFFFF"; google_color_link = "0000FF"; google_color_url = "008000"; google_color_text = "000000"; //--></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js"> </script>Our staff will periodically check your website to make sure that you ads are constantly being displayed on your webpage.
  6. Point is, HTML headers are useless if the HTML is not parsed in the first place. You need to parse the HTML by using a browser, ie. Lynx (my suggestion earlier).

    Cron

Your path must be relative to root, not to DocRoot.
  8. Header redirects are only compatible with browsers. You are using a direct command through the Cron Daemon - that does not parse HTML, and therefore does not parse HTML headers. Instead of using the php command, you should use the lynx browser built into the OS. Use the command "lynx http://url.com".
  9. Oops, I guess I was wrong. Go with what RK Web Designs said. Just make sure you don't sell your mixes.
  10. Did you correctly register the account under the afraid.org domain? Also, did you point their nameservers to ns3.heliohost.org and ns4.heliohost.org?
  11. Please read this: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=1544. Stop posting in all caps. As for your question, GD 2.0 is installed at HelioHost.

    Cron

"die.htm" is not a command. You have to use a UNIX-type command.
  13. If you sample a song somebody else wrote you must have permission from them. Basically, you can upload self-composed songs, but you must have permission for remixed ones.
  14. Please follow the directions outlined for each plan individually from the Plans page at http://www.heliohost.org.
  15. Your site is now up and running. If you experience any more problems feel free to contact us!

    how

Make sure to use FTP for that. If you want, you can just use the editors built into the online file manager, and it will upload automatically.
  18. Your account is and has been active for a while. My guess is that you don't realize that your username is case sensitive.
  19. Well, you can get more space if you qualify for an Ads Unlimited plan... see heliohost.org.

    Downtime

Some accounts were taking huge amounts of CPU because they cron'd stuff to happen every second.
  21. Ashoat

    how

Your account wasn't activated yet. Try now.
  22. Sorry about that. It seems to be appearing every day. I'm going to look into this.
